Agreed with everyone else. dareo's response is not acceptable. Modified broad match should work like it's supposed to. For example, if you include +where or +when, it basically opens up the keyword to anything. Since Bing seems unwiling to listen to the needs of advertisers, I recommend that everyone pause all of those keywords. I have. Bing will only listen if they lose enough money.

Fully agreed. With Google Adwords, the clients' admin user goes to the "users" menu. Then they simply toggle a button for the agency MCC that says something like "give them admin rights for my account". Then agencies can update the clients' billing info for them if necessary, and update user access levels (for that account only) through their agency login.

    Hi Clayton,

Thanks for letting us know. The columns order seems to be getting reset when pulling statistics; we will look into this. Other than this scenario, column order should be persisting, please let us know if otherwise.

    Thanks

I realize that you tell me this works but it doesn't. I'm on the newest version and it still makes me change the columns all the time. For example, if I download statistics, it moves $/conversion and conversion rates over to the far left and I have to rearrange everything. It also adds in CPM again, even though I already removed that column. Quite annoying.
