    Hi,

Callout extension is already available in Bing ads editor. You can create a shared Callout extension and associate them with multiple campaigns/ad groups.

We will look into supporting Structured snippets in BAE.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Hi Ashleigh,

Thanks for reaching out to us. BAE does show changes that are made but not yet posted in bolded fonts. Please let me know if the scenario you are referring to is something different than this; we would love to understand more.

    Thanks

    Hi Braden,

Thanks for your feedback. Once you apply advanced search the 'View' will change to 'Unsaved view' for all tabs (e.g. Campaign, AdGroup, Ads, etc.). You can simply change it to 'All' to clear the filters. This may not be super intuitive, so we will look into addressing this in our future releases.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. We currently support undoing certain types of edits only. Undo of create and delete is not yet supported; we will look into adding these.

Please see below blog for details on what exactly are supported: http://advertise.bingads.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/28989/new-in-bing-ads-quickly-undo-changes-in-the-change-history-tab

    Thanks

    Hi,

I do not see this issue happening. Can you check if you are still experiencing the problem?

    Thanks

    Hi,

It is possible to do this. When creating Keyword Performance report, if you go to "Choose your columns" section you can remove all unrequired Attributes (such as device, network, etc).

    Thanks.

    Hi,

If you go to "Filter" section in Search Term Report you can check "Exclude 0-click term" to do this. Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Hi Daniel,

We apologize that the help documentation did not contain the information to resolve your confusion. To answer your question, the rule is that when multiple keywords with the same text are matched, the most restrictive (i.e. least general) match type is chosen to avoid double counting. The order of match types from most restrictive to least restrictive is Exact, then Phrase, then Broad match modifier, then Broad.

For this particular example, we have two keywords:
    Exact Match: [graco magnum x5]
    Broad Match: graco magnum x5
The query {graco magnum x5} matches both of these keywords, but the exact match keyword is actually selected – and therefore reported – because it is the most restrictive.

We will look into adding this information to our help doc: http://help.bingads.microsoft.com/apex.aspx?product=bing_ads&market=en&sku=&query=ext50822 .

Please let us know if you have any more suggestions.

    Thanks,
    Prince

    Hi,

The default "Unit of time" for reports (in Reports Tab) is Summary. Only if you choose other option, the most recent option is selected when you create a new report. The default is set back to Summary once you logout and login later.

Please let us know if this is not what you are experiencing.

    Thanks,
    Prince
