    I agree. This is a MUST for all services, especially for big companies such as Microsoft Advertising. Any errors or system issues must be instantly shown to advertisers' UI so this health page should definitely be included.

    In case there are issues, there should be a warning notification or a bell icon that will be shown as a badge in the health page.

    It's basic information dissemination and users (advertisers) have their rights to see this information.

    Most people in India use debit cards instead of credit cards. Please enable the debit card option for India.
