  1. Make it possible to make an adult account for the Netherlands

    At the moment its possible to get an adult account for the following countries: Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom, United States and Taiwan. Why is it still not possible to get an adult account for the Dutch market. Please make this happen

  3. Allow Bing Ads To Target Traffic Per Browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc)

    If you can have Bing Ads target traffic per browser like Facebook does. If we can target the campaign on different web browsers this would be good. Some of the traffic we are looking for is very specific as in what type of browser we are looking for.

  5. Add Performance Filters to Product Dimension Performance Reports (and other Performance Reports)

    It would be amazing if the Product Dimension Performance Report via API had filtering options for metrics such as clicks > 0 or conversions > 0. This would greatly reduce the size of some of these reports and make them less taxing while bringing Bing to parity with Google, where this is already an option.

  6. Custom Combinations for Audiences

    I'd like to be able to create Custom Combinations for Audiences in Bing Ads.

    At the moment I have lists set up for 30, 90 and 180 days duration, but I'd like to combine these as some users will fall into all 3 lists.

    I'd love to be able to create a list for users who came to my site between 31-90 and 91-180 days ago - as I want to bid differently on them vs my 30 day audience.

  7. Broad Match Modifier Workability

    Please can you add an option to change broad match keywords to BMM without having to delete and re-upload them. OR, break away from what Google do and have BMM as its own match type

    It will be really useful for the platform to add geo-localization intelligence to do a follow up of the visits to the physical store. Same as Google or Facebook.

  9. Turn off Close Variations since it can cause irrelevant search terms

    We should have a feature where we can turn off close variations to avoid having irrelevant search terms. I'm afraid continuously adding irrelevant searches to my negative keywords list won't really work. As you can see, my ads are shown for completely random keywords so even is I add them as negative, I will be still spending money for other trash search terms.What's the point of exact match type if it's basically the same as broad? This is extremely important.

    We appreciate your input and feedback on the existing matching behavior. We encourage you to reach out to the support team to help address any issues you may encounter in the immediate term. Our algorithms are continuously learning and working to improve matching quality.

    As our algorithms continue to learn, we have observed that close variant performance and quality has significantly improved over the past few months. For many customers, close variants are performing better than canonical match types; we do not have any plans to revert the close variant updates. For those customers that are uniquely impacted by these changes, combining effective negative keyword strategies, use of Broad Match Modifier, and escalating to support are great options to address concerns that may still arise.

  12. Star rating for Bing Ads and Bing Places

    Had a chat with Aaron from Bing Ads at SMX East NY and shared the same ideas, Currently Bind Ads has only 2 approved software companies to show star rating with Bing Ads compare to 25 plus companies with Google Ads. Secondly, Google has Google Customer Reviews as a certified reviews for eCommerce websites to show star rating, which combines star rating from third party reviews company (if any) and gives an insight to any visitor/customer regarding the website's overall experience, product, shipping and quality etc. Last but not the least, I can only upload 10 pictures in Bing Places…

  13. Average Household Income Geo-Targeting

    AdWords has rolled out for the USA a demographic geo-targeting based on Average Household Income which has proved very for specific products as it allows to target specific areas inside the USA which have a certain average income. This setting is very valuable and it allows to apply bid modifiers to the brackets of the population with the highest CR and the best ROI, as well as excluding the worst performing brackets.

    It would be fantastic if Bing introduces this particular setting

    We’ve started investigating this feature. In Adwords this feature seems to be geographical location based (e.g. assume everyone in Beverly Hills, CA 90210 is rich). Does this assumption work for your needs?

  16. Options to bulk update ad schedule from settings tab

    We would like the ability to update ad schedules in bulk from the UI settings tab. Currently, if we want to change the ad schedule, we can only select one campaign at a time.

  17. Agency access to credit card information

    As an agency the existing setup is very frustrating. Clients (small and large) give us their credit card information, and ask us to take care of their accounts.

    Unfortunately from the agency sign in, we have no access to the billing information. {In fact from the agency account, the software shows no billing has been setup.} Instead we need to log in with the client's email address, correct any card issues, and then return as the agency.

  20. More transparency on "Other Search Terms"

    "Other Search Terms" contribute to nearly 33% of our search query impression volume but only 1% of the click volume resulting in very poor CTR. Is it possible to have more transparency on the high impression,poor click volume queries so that we can exclude them and improve CTR efficiency?
