Welcome, friends!  This is a place for you to suggest a feature you'd like added to Microsoft Advertising, or vote for those already suggested by your peers to help them rise to the top of this feed.   1. Allow bank account details as a payment method like Google Adwords!

    You should be allowed to pay with bank account details like Adwords. Some businesses don't have company credit and debit cards.

  2. Editable Action Text for Action Extensions

    We're a B2B company and would like to add CTAs like "View Demo" or "Get A Guided Tour" in the Action Extensions. It would be great if we could edit the text within a specific character limit so that we can add more relevant and targeted action text.

  3. Allow Invoices to show the ammounts spent by PO#

    Currently right now if a client adds more than one PO# for an monthly invoice, that spend is grouped in the invoice without any way of splitting the spend by PO#.

    There is no official way to reconcile the PO spend. Rather manual pulls in Bing Ads UI which corresponds to the PO# date needs to be done.

  4. Please add a column for MerchantProductId in the GoalsAndFunnelsReport

    It would be great to have this column in the report, as this report is the only way to get per-goal conversion information (rather than overall conversion information). If this column contained the same data as the corresponding column in the ProductOfferPerformanceReport, it would give us the performance data we need for a particular product in a shopping campaign to be able to know what kind of bid to set for it.

  5. Please add a column for SearchQuery to the GoalsAndFunnelsReport

    It would be great to have this column in the report, as this report is the only way to get per-goal conversion information (rather than overall conversion information). If this column contained the same data as the corresponding column in the SearchQueryPerformanceReport, it would allow us to know which searches are driving which types of conversions, allowing us to optimize our campaigns better.

  6. Fix The Exact Match Keyword Update (Synonyms?)

    Bing needs to fix the recent exact match keyword update. The new update essentially makes exact match keywords useless. With the new update, exact keywords can match to synonyms which does NOT allow advertisers to show the most relevant ad to someone searching on Bing.

    For us, this has resulted in a lower return on investment and higher advertising spend.

    For those not familiar, Bing's new update allows for reordering, stop/function word dropping, implied words/ same search intent, and synonyms (NEW). The update was designed to follow Googles new update for exact match keywords. Unfortunately, the parity is far from…

    We appreciate your feedback. We do not currently have plans to roll back the update to exact match, which included synonyms/implied words/same search intent. Our algorithms are constantly learning to improve the matching quality and we closely track close variant performance. For many advertisers, we have seen lower CPAs and higher CTRs for EEM compared to True Exact. It should also be noted that we will prefer true exact matches over any close variant where applicable. We will continue to monitor close variant quality as well as incorporate your feedback into our planning around any algorithm changes. We encourage you to continue to open support tickets if you are dissatisfied with the traffic your campaigns are receiving.

  7. Add SEPA payments for all EU countries not only Germany

    SEPA is available to all European Union countries. I don't know what you only accept SEPA payments from German addresses.

  8. Option to filter out zero-conversion rows from the ConversionPerformanceReport

    Since conversions may happen up to 45 days after a click, we end up downloading a massive amount of records we don't need to.

    Having that option would greatly save us and you bandwidth and potentially processing power serving that information.

    This is a conversion report after all. In the majority of cases the user is only interested in records with a least one conversion.

  9. Create a program similar to Google's Advanced Verification in order to eliminate spam

    Google has implemented a program called Advanced Verification to eliminate spam in two industries: garage door companies and locksmiths (https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/7167635?hl=en). Bing should develop a similar solution in order to improve quality control.

    Before Advanced Verification, spammy companies like GDS, called "the worst garage door company in the nation" (http://www.dasma.com/articles/feature/gds-the%20worstfall2015.pdf), would outbid local garage door companies, since it subcontracts out work and, lacking physical locations throughout the country, has much lower overhead costs. The company has also been accused of overcharging customers, and one of its technicians even plead guilty to felonies (http://www.dasma.com/articles/feature/GDSTechnicianGuiltyFall2017.pdf)

    There should be a way to bulk add IP exclusions to multiple campaigns via Bing Editor.

  11. Please add a column for AudienceId in the GoalsAndFunnels report

    It would be great to have this column in the report, as this report is the only way to get per-goal conversion information (rather than overall conversion information). If this column contained the same data as the corresponding column in the AudiencePerformanceReport, it would give us the performance data we need for a particular audience to be able to know what kind of bid modifier to set for it on a given ad group.

  12. Custom Combinations for Audiences

    I'd like to be able to create Custom Combinations for Audiences in Bing Ads.

    At the moment I have lists set up for 30, 90 and 180 days duration, but I'd like to combine these as some users will fall into all 3 lists.

    I'd love to be able to create a list for users who came to my site between 31-90 and 91-180 days ago - as I want to bid differently on them vs my 30 day audience.

  14. Add ClickDate (or similar) to GoalsAndFunnelsReport

    Please add something to the GoalsAndFunnelsReport that would allow us to get the date of the click that caused the conversion. Bing obviously has that, as it is returning the campaign, ad group, and keyword of the click that led to the conversion. It would be very helpful in figuring out what is working, as some clients have a long time between when a click occurs and the actual conversion. Things can change in that time period, and we'd like to be able to know what was going on in the account when the click happened that eventually led to…

    You've done a great job at cleaning up the Syndicated Search Partner networks. Would love to have a bid adjustment for them, to further allow for optimization.

    You are already more transparent on SSPs and allow greater control than Google. This would take it one step further!

  19. Enable offline conversion's cancellation functionality

    We know Bing Ads API supports the offline conversion import in v11. But the current system doesn't support the conversion cancellation feature. It only tracks the first conversion value (and it must be a (+ve) positive value). Nothing found for the conversion cancellation process. If you consider my below scenario.

    Say:

    I send a positive value with the a MicrosoftClickId when the conversion occurs at our side & a negative value for the same MicrosoftClickId when conversion cancelled by our partners. For example : at first (+ve) $4 will be passed through Bing API when the conversion occurs and (-ve)…
