Welcome, friends!  This is a place for you to suggest a feature you'd like added to Microsoft Advertising, or vote for those already suggested by your peers to help them rise to the top of this feed.   2. SMS Messaging

    Offer SMS (Text) messaging for specific topics and issues - to alert customers of issues with the product or with their account and to let them know when an issue is resolved (e.g. credit card expiring, editorial rejection, paused ads, coupon depleted, etc.)

  3. More transparency on "Other Search Terms"

    "Other Search Terms" contribute to nearly 33% of our search query impression volume but only 1% of the click volume resulting in very poor CTR. Is it possible to have more transparency on the high impression,poor click volume queries so that we can exclude them and improve CTR efficiency?

  4. New URL tracking parameter to pass the LinkedIn Targeting Category ID

    We have started the new LinkedIn Profile targeting based on Job Function & Industry in few of our Search Campaigns. We have not setup Conversion tracking in our Campaigns. So, in order to measure the performance, we need a URL Tracking Parameter to pass the LinkedIn Category tracking ID.

  5. Polish market support

    It would be nice to see Polish language and market support.
    At this moment there is no way to create a campaign for Poland.

  6. Add more language support or a bypass of the symbol and language limitions when targeting specific countries.

    A lot of advertisers may want to only show ads in specific countries (eg. Lithuania), and the available language options aren't enough. I understand that adding more language support would take a long time, so I'm suggesting a sort of bypass of the available languages. If you're only showing your ads in one country, you could just select an option that allows you to use the main language of the targeted country. Those ads could still be checked by the system for basic grammar and certain symbols, but the final verification could be done manually.

  8. Bing Should Disapprove all ads that violate trademarks without the need for a complain form

    Bing should make a better effort to automatically flag and disapprove any ads that conflict with registered trademarks without the trademark holder having to submit complaint forms to protect their brand.

  10. Importing campaigns from AdWords for mixed campaign types

    Google's AdWords campaigns allows a mixed campaign type: some ads can be "Search & Content" while others can be "Dynamic Search".

    Bing only allows one campaign type to exist.

    When those campaigns are now imported into Bing - starting in December - the "Search & Content" ads and keywords are all dropped. At Bing one winds up with a campaign with just a few Dynamic Search ads. All the other ads and all the keywords are dropped off.

    For now, we'd be much better off, if Bing could drop the "Dynamic Search" and make the campaigns just "Search & Content".…

  11. Chat Support is Terrible

    I've had numerous interactions with customer support. I am yet to converse with anyone that seems to truly understand AdWords. Bing is definitely a secondary platform in most marketer's eyes and so their base knowledge of PPC will be AdWords. How can Bing support their platform if you don't know your clients background (adwords)? Know the lingo, know the feature equivalents between platforms.

    Another problem is with chat - I enter in my name and email address before I start a chat... only to be asked that information again before getting help. I say what my account name is, and…

  15. targeting

    LA County is shown as one big area in Bing Ads. There is no way to target within LA, like Woodland Hills, Mission Hills, Sherman Oaks, Van Nys, San Marina, etc. Some are there, like Santa Ana, Mission Hills, etc but not all areas within LA. I get clicks from all over LA when I am trying to target the areas within LA County like Google allows. I use radius targeting and still get so many clicks outside of my targeted area. Please fix targeting for LA County.

  16. Allow Bing Advertisers target other countries than USA while using LinkedIn targeting.

    We can only use USA for location targeting for LinkedIn profile targeting. But we also would love to be able to target other countries like European or Asian.

  17. Give us Amazon Gift cards again!

    I joined because a friend showed me he can get Amazon Gift Cards, but I do not have that option. Why are some people given options and others excluded? I suggest you allow everyone to have access to all offers, starting with the Amazon Gift Card!

  19. Allow advertising for cannabis services in legal areas

    Since cannabis is legal in many states, it makes sense to being allowing this advertising IF it can fit within reasonable and safe controls to make sure it is not only legal, but ethical.

    My company provides very professional services in the industry and we would be interested in advertising geotargeted to areas we serve where cannabis is legal, and only for keywords where cannabis / marijuana are directly mentioned.

    If this could be allowed it solves the problem of advertising to folks where it is not legal as well as folks who are not intentionally searching for it, removing…

  20. Set up a program similar to Google Grants on Bing for nonrprofits.

    Nonprofits don't have huge ad budgets. Google Grants allows me to advertise (just basic search text ads limited to max CPC $2-Google blocks advanced features) and get data to support committing real ad dollars on top of the Google Grant.It is really a win win for both sides and really costs MS nothing AND creates goodwill...
