  1. ad groups with no active keywords / ads

    It would save so much time if there were flags or alerts in Editor whenever there were ad groups containing no active keywords or ads.

    We are working on bringing ad groups without ads recommendations in BAE and expect to have it before CY19 end. This is an alternative solution to have it available in editor, and we are exploring to have it as an alert inline as well.

  2. Indicate exact/phrase match types with " " and [ ] symbols

    It would be much easier to see all keyword match types at a glance if the appropriate exact/phrase match-type symbols were used (" ", [ ]). I realize that match type can be indicated in a different column, but we should be able to see in one glance at a keyword what its match type is.

  3. Call Extension Conversions

    Currently in Google, you are able to stipulate that a phone call after 5 minutes is a conversion – but currently there is a way to do this on our platform. Ideally, my clients are hoping to be able to track conversions from the Call Extensions, rather than just having a call count.

    We’ve begun to investigate providing this feature and would like to hear more from those interested. Are you using call extensions already? If so, what percentage of your calls are over 5 minutes today based on the reports? If you aren’t using call extensions, is lack of this capability a blocker?

    How are you using this feature on other platforms and how does it help with your search engine marketing optimizations?

  4. Please add a column for MerchantProductId in the GoalsAndFunnelsReport

    It would be great to have this column in the report, as this report is the only way to get per-goal conversion information (rather than overall conversion information). If this column contained the same data as the corresponding column in the ProductOfferPerformanceReport, it would give us the performance data we need for a particular product in a shopping campaign to be able to know what kind of bid to set for it.

  5. New Bing accounts are getting Blocked without specifying any reason

    Most of the new Bing ads are getting blocked. I have experienced this 4 times in last 6 months. This is becoming a critical issue for advertisers because we are unable to get the right direction.

    Please address this issue and give specific reasons.
    Few accounts had no campaign. Just added payment methods and they got suspended.

    Please take this issue seriously and at least release some press release regarding this issue.

  6. Time Zone Targeting Option

    Currently, when targeting ads by Hour of Day, adCenter bases delivery times off the user's time zone; whereas, AdWords bases delivery times off the advertiser's set time zone.

    Advertisers would like to have the option of which time zone is being used.

  7. Allow Invoices to show the ammounts spent by PO#

    Currently right now if a client adds more than one PO# for an monthly invoice, that spend is grouped in the invoice without any way of splitting the spend by PO#.

    There is no official way to reconcile the PO spend. Rather manual pulls in Bing Ads UI which corresponds to the PO# date needs to be done.

    I would like to see Bing Ads Editor add a local comments field, like AdWords Editor has. I find it very valuable when I can leave comments when I'm editing, because I can come back in the future to see what was previously done.

  9. Allow bank account details as a payment method like Google Adwords!

    You should be allowed to pay with bank account details like Adwords. Some businesses don't have company credit and debit cards.

    I'm trying to drive app installs. Please produce app install ad format like Google has so I can drive installs as my objective.

  11. Email Extension

    Currently, there is a call extension present in Bing Ads. This being especially an advantage for mobile users, it might be an idea to work on a communication extension that is very easy accessible and approachable for tablet, mobile devices and pc users. In short, this is the idea: email extensions. They would appear in the ad, and the costumer can click on them, which could potentially lead him/her directly to Outlook or other email applications.     Thank you for your suggestion. We are exploring new extension that provides greater flexibility on how users can connect with businesses. Email is a great suggestion.

  12. Automated emails to all account users when an IO is soon to expire! It'd stop days of paused ads

    We always find that IO's either expire or are consumed long before our accounts managers can give us a heads-up.

    Would it really be so hard to ensure that all the registered users within an account shell get the same automated message, so that we can action this with plenty of time to spare?

    We’ll be adding more columns to the GoalsAndFunnels report later this year. Thanks for the feedback and interest in this improvement.

  14. Add ClickDate (or similar) to GoalsAndFunnelsReport

    Please add something to the GoalsAndFunnelsReport that would allow us to get the date of the click that caused the conversion. Bing obviously has that, as it is returning the campaign, ad group, and keyword of the click that led to the conversion. It would be very helpful in figuring out what is working, as some clients have a long time between when a click occurs and the actual conversion. Things can change in that time period, and we'd like to be able to know what was going on in the account when the click happened that eventually led to…

  16. Bing Product Ads (shopping) in Denmark

    Right now, it's only available in U.S., United Kingdom, France, Germany and Australia.

    When will Bing Product Ads and Shopping Campaigns be available in Denmark?

    It would be an attractive product for many of our customers, as they are already advertising with great success on Google Shopping.

  17. Allow the option to link Bing Places accounts with Bing Ads accounts

    Allow the option to link Bing places accounts with Bing Ads accounts so that brands with a large number of business can create localized campaigns without having to manually enter location extensions. Google already allows this option, so if Bing wants to be a competitor, this is a feature that needs to be available.

    We have started to investigate providing this option. Can you share more details about how you’d expect the integration between Bing Places and Bing Ads to work given your experience with other platforms?

  18. Integrate collapsable customer-level onto account hierarchy of agencies

    Currently the account structure simply consists of one layer. For agencies (especially with large numbers of accounts) it would be great if an extra customer layer could be added on top. When opening Accounts & Billing a list of customers could be displayed, instead of the full list of accounts (X-ids). When clicking on the customer the list of accounts under those customer could be displayed.

    This feature would benefit the user-experience as it makes it easier and faster to manage large numbers of customers and accounts and would align to the user experience within the Google Adwords MCC.

  19. End of month account balance

    There is no function in Bing Ads UI that allows you to view/print your prepaid account balance at a certain date. This a fundamental failure with Bing Ads UI to not allow users to access their account balance for month end procedures.

  20. Enable offline conversion's cancellation functionality

    We know Bing Ads API supports the offline conversion import in v11. But the current system doesn't support the conversion cancellation feature. It only tracks the first conversion value (and it must be a (+ve) positive value). Nothing found for the conversion cancellation process. If you consider my below scenario.

    Say:

    I send a positive value with the a MicrosoftClickId when the conversion occurs at our side & a negative value for the same MicrosoftClickId when conversion cancelled by our partners. For example : at first (+ve) $4 will be passed through Bing API when the conversion occurs and (-ve)…
