Account owners should be able to remove any agency managing the account on behalf the owner without having to ask the agency to remove themselves. The fact that account owners don't currently have that ability is concerning.
The current process is that the account owner has to go to the agency and ask that their account be released.72 votes

We always find that IO's either expire or are consumed long before our accounts managers can give us a heads-up.
Would it really be so hard to ensure that all the registered users within an account shell get the same automated message, so that we can action this with plenty of time to spare?

Please notify advertisers that I/Os are expiring or out of funds BEFORE the account is paused. We received notification that one of our accounts was paused after it was already paused. This is embarrassing to agencies and is completely preventable.15 votes
