It would be much easier to see all keyword match types at a glance if the appropriate exact/phrase match-type symbols were used (" ", [ ]). I realize that match type can be indicated in a different column, but we should be able to see in one glance at a keyword what its match type is.129 votes

Currently, when targeting ads by Hour of Day, adCenter bases delivery times off the user's time zone; whereas, AdWords bases delivery times off the advertiser's set time zone.

Allow the option to link Bing places accounts with Bing Ads accounts so that brands with a large number of business can create localized campaigns without having to manually enter location extensions. Google already allows this option, so if Bing wants to be a competitor, this is a feature that needs to be available.34 votes

We use the same 17 conversions over and over for each of our campaigns that we setup and we would love to have the option to pull in all of our standard conversions in one pull (like Google does for Analytics) so that we don't have to enter the same conversions in manually all the time. It would be great if this could happen on the platform (ideal) or the Bing Ads editor or both (preferrable).6 votes
Can you clarify what is meant by pulling in conversions for each campaign? Conversion goals should apply to all campaigns in your account and shouldn’t need to be created per campaign.
Please make "Rotate ads more evenly" the default option instead of "Optimize for clicks" (or allow users to choose which should be default)
Whenever creating a new ad group (or campaign which requires a default first ad group at the time of creation), the default selection for ad rotation is "Optimize for clicks". It would be great if users could set "Rotate ads more evenly" to be the default selection for every new ad group and campaign.
For someone who is always testing ad copy (that should b everyone!), this would be a huge difference in campaign creation.6 votes

Bings broad match algorithm has gone downhill quickly and broad match alone is now unusuable for all my clients, one client that sells polytunnels advertised for:
pets,fish BMW, Ford, Caravans, wood, hoovers all of the keyword Polytunnel..
im in the process of requesting recompense, due to this being none fault of my own4 votes

The new recommendations feature is a huge step backwards.
Why can't I filter the keywords? I don't have time to go through 400+ keywords one by one to choose if they're relevant to my business.
By using a filter, I can easily choose the recommended keywords to apply and which ones to dismiss.
I no longer use this feature because of the restrictions and time taken to administer it.
All recommendations are dismissed, unfortunately.2 votes

If Bing suggests an opportunity, it should not be something that the Bing editorial team says violates their own policy. That seems very counterintuitive.2 votes

You should let customer choose competitors in competitors sheet from bing ads. Otherwise you should let customer choose the operating market sector(s) so algorithm works better1 vote

We put this request as backlog
We have a few clients who want to dominate the search results for all the keywords in a particular campaign. It is inefficient to have to add a rule to every single keyword in the campaign, and to remember to add the rule to any new keywords added later. Give us a way to add Top of Page at the campaign level instead.1 vote
Hi Mel, there is a way to set keyword rules for all keywords from a specific campaign. Have you tried these steps?
1. Click into the campaign you want to add the keyword rule for so that you are in the ad groups tab reviewing ad groups that only belong to that campaign.
2. Go to the Keywords tab. Now you are reviewing keywords that only belong to your campaign from Step #1.
3. Click Automate > Increase to estimated top of page bid when…
4. Next to “Apply to” make sure that this is selected: “All keywords in this campaign.” This rule will now automatically include all keywords in that campaign, including future keywords that you add later.
5. Continue defining your rule.

Have the possibility of having Retargeting ONLY campaings
The fact that audiences are missing with normal campaigns if we create a re-marketing campaign is not ideal, and therefore we cannot target the right audience.1 vote
How would this be different from Campaigns where all AdGroups use “target and bid” setting for associations?
When Bing give new keyword suggestions similar to our keywords and offer to include them in our campaign, and we add them, the CPC prices should not be saved at their recommended CPC bid price, rather the lowest price between our max CPC price enabled on our adgroup settings, or their suggested price1 vote
