  1. Indicate exact/phrase match types with " " and [ ] symbols

    It would be much easier to see all keyword match types at a glance if the appropriate exact/phrase match-type symbols were used (" ", [ ]). I realize that match type can be indicated in a different column, but we should be able to see in one glance at a keyword what its match type is.

  2. Shared Library (cross-account) - Negative, Audiences etc etc

    We would love to see a shared library which can be used cross-accounts (similar to Google). At the moment this is only available by account.. which is a very slow process. Especially when you have multiple accounts across multiple markets. Please make my dreams come true.

  3. Campaign Experiments - Split Testing of Bids, etc.

    Campaign Experiments was introduced in AdWords last year and is incredibly valuable. It allows several forms of split testing traffic, but most importantly, you can bid two different amounts on a keyword and see if statistically significant differences emerge. I believe there is potential for bidding differently in the two platforms, but without experiments, it is difficult to test and so I generally just run experiments in AdWords and apply changes everywhere. The ability to test in AdCenter would be very valuable.

  4. Time Zone Targeting Option

    Currently, when targeting ads by Hour of Day, adCenter bases delivery times off the user's time zone; whereas, AdWords bases delivery times off the advertiser's set time zone.

    Advertisers would like to have the option of which time zone is being used.

    We have begun exploring providing this functionality. We’re planning to provide an option similar to ad extension scheduling where you can choose your account timezone or the searchers time zone. Please let us know how you plan to use this functionality and how much this impacts your business & search engine marketing today.

  6. Add a column to manage different conversion Steps

    I really like the possibility of having different customizable conversion steps (like browsing, prospects) that are different from the transactional conversion. This is really useful.

    But I see the only way to access this information is by making a report. On this report you have to tick "KW" so that you know which Keyword, adgroup and campaign triggeered those "mini-conversions".

    The idea is that this gives you a way to optimize when transactional conversions are not present. It would be great to have them directly on the management interface available on a column, for those who need it.

  7. Allow the option to link Bing Places accounts with Bing Ads accounts

    Allow the option to link Bing places accounts with Bing Ads accounts so that brands with a large number of business can create localized campaigns without having to manually enter location extensions. Google already allows this option, so if Bing wants to be a competitor, this is a feature that needs to be available.

    We have started to investigate providing this option. Can you share more details about how you’d expect the integration between Bing Places and Bing Ads to work given your experience with other platforms?

  9. Allow end date on campaign level

    Right now, the only option for setting an end date is on the ad group level. While you can set this in bulk, it's a bit unwieldy when you simply want a whole campaign to end at the same time. AdWords allows you to set an end date for a campaign, and Bing Ads should as well

  11. Website Publishers Exclusion through BAM

    Sometimes, when we are working with Global Accounts, bulk optimizations across accounts are needed. Therefore, it is too much time consuming to go account by account, campaign by campaing or even adgroup by adgroup to exclude website publishers that are not performing well enough. The BAM feature within the UCM is a powerful tool to do optimizations exclusions in bulk but just for "negative keywords". We would like to have the same task but for "Website Publishers" (account and campaign level at least). Thanks for your support.

  13. Allow an unlimited number of website exclusions

    Website exclusions are limited to 500. My campaign is barely over a month old, and I already have more than 500 sites I'd like to exclude.

  15. Increase/Decrease Multiple Product Group Bids by Percentage (in Shopping Campaigns).

    When looking at the product group level, it would be really convenient to be able to increase multiple product groups by a percentage as to allow for an increase across the board. This would allow for the relative order of bid amounts to stay the same across product groups.

  16. Motion to add Polish language (its 6 years now, it is the time)

    From year 2012 Bing Ads supports several languages. But now after 6 years i still find that Bing Ads does not support polish language.

    Bing has a major user base in Poland.

    Lack of polish language support draws it impossible to display ads to this million users group in Poland.

    Therefore i open a motion to add Polish language to Bing Ads.

    It's 6 years. It is the time.

  17. Product Group level bid adjustments

    Currently bulk bid change capability is limited, you can change bids to product groups at a set bid, but can't increase or decrease by %.

  18. Show individual product titles for each product group instead of just showing the product group number

    Is there any way that Bing can add the ability to show individual products rather than having to click on the three dots to expand the product group number to show product title.
