Custom columns based on Goals; Upgraded reporting to pull custom columns
Google's custom columns allow for the tracking of unique conversion events directly within the UI. It is more vital than ever to understand the full consumer's journey via the different goals that are completed. Microsoft Ads should allow for the creation and usage of custom columns, and should upgrade its campaign reporting feature to include configured columns, which would create closer parity to Google's reporting capabilities.

Prominence Metrics at Ad level
Microsoft Bing has introduced Prominence Metrics and declared to deprecate "Average Position" field. I have studied and also communicated with Microsoft support team, through that I have learnt some fields are going available as Prominence Metrics for example - AbsoluteTopImpressionRatePercent, TopImpressionSharePercent, TopImpressionShareLostToRankPercent, TopImpressionRatePercent etc. These fields are introduced at Account, campaign and ad group level. I think it should also be available at Ad level. In future, when average position field will be deprecated, ad performance report should have prominence metrics to replace that.
