Restore/ Re-Enable Deleted Campaigns, Just Like AdWords
In AdWords, campaigns are never technically deleted, but hidden from the active account and paused so that it doesn't clutter the main interface. I ran into an issue because our accounts are handled by 2 people and my colleague accidentally deleted a campaign from uploading a list.
It would've been nice to simply click the tabs that display "All, All but deleted, and All enabled" and be able to see that deleted campaign again and simply restore it that way.
Lucky for us, we have the same campaign in AdWords and are able to import the campaign again and not lose too much. It is something that I'm really surprised that hasn't been implemented.

I had almost made this mistake before yesterday several times. Yesterday - I did it! When instead of pausing ad groups in a campaign... I deleted all 51 ad groups in the campaign with thousands of keywords built up over months of curation.
I have different URL landing pages in that campaign which I test out in ad groups with targeted keywords/ads. To save time when I'm going to pause ad groups to test out different URL ad groups, I select "all" to checkmark the ad groups before I hit the pause option. Well the "delete" option is right below the "pause" option on the dropdown menu.
Now I know there is verification window that pops up to make sure you want to do that "delete" task. However when you pause ad groups on a regular basis, you may fail to realize that window that pops up actually is asking if you want to delete the selected ad groups if you aren't paying proper attention.
To my surprise that under the "Change History" tab there wasn't option to "undo" accidental ad group deletion unlike other things you can undo. Another mistake I failed to do was have copies of up-to-date keyword lists from the ad groups on my computer so that was another learning lesson.
The ability to undo accidental ad group (or campaigns/keywords) deletion is much needed.

Why not? Its so important. Just now i have done a mistake, and now all my data are gone?

Include a toggle for enabled, paused and deleted campaigns on the main campaign tab perhaps with the default set at enabled. Going through reports tab to get this additional info (deleted campaigns) is a PINTA.

Have an "archive" option for campaigns to clean up the UI (all data should be still accessible - but not modifiable!)

That's disappointing. I had one of my most successful campaigns, and I tried to duplicate it so that I could edit the duplicate AND NOT WRECK THE ORIGINAL. When I messed up editing the duplicate copy, I tried to remove it and restart.. but they were both checked, and I accidentally deleted them both.
Now it's right there, and I can undo or undelete it, or even copy/paste it - even though it seems to include all the original info. Very disappointing, computes should be able to Undo or UnDelete. :(

Just go to view change history and hit the undo button on the far right hand side.

+1 I just deleted 100+ campaigns and re-uploaded when I should have paused them. We now have a huge amount of history data lost with no option of recovery.

To include ALL data in every report despite whether it is deleted or not.
I recently found out that deleting items from within the account, removes the ability to report on said items (keywords, ad groups, ad texts, etc. etc.)???

Yes this is something almost impossible to restore deleted campaigns but you can run the reports for the basic campaign shells.
