Can you improve the way of getting in touch with Microsoft Please?
It is really difficult (especially as an adult enabled advertiser) to get in touch with someone from your helpdesk.
When I try chat, which is my preferred method of contact in order for me to have some records of the conversation, I either cannot be helped, I am being refused to be helped or I am still told that someone from the adult helpdesk will get back in touch.
From then on there is no more chat possibility.
The emails are a nightmare because you have impossible email addresses and I always get a automated response saying I reached an unmonitored alias and the phone still doesn't leave me with a written record.
Often I feel as if the communication with Microsoft is ONLY on Microsoft's terms and there is no consideration of what would be easier or more helpful for your customers.
Please try to improve your customers experience with helpdesk interactions!
