Ability to update/change ownership of Bing Places account - make it possible.
Currently, there is no way to transfer, update, or change the ownership of a Bing Places account without creating a new account. That involves a work intensive endeavor in which the new owner creates an account, re-creates all of the listings, the old owner deletes the old listings from the current account, and then you must re-verify all of your "new" listings.
I propose there be a feature that allows owners to allow for change of ownership within our accounts. It could allow us to add additional owners (more than one), and transfer ownership entirely from one person to another, if we feel like getting fancy.
I'm thinking of Google My Business as I think of functionality - multiple owners, admins, and then the users that are invited to specific locations, rather than only allowing one person to add someone to locations and nothing else would be ideal. But I understand that would be a massive undertaking.
I'd be happy with just the ability to change who owns our listing account.
It's surprising to me that this is not already a feature - it seems like an obvious miss.

Please, I created my listing on a very old personal email account. It seems absurd that i have to log into it instead of my actual work business admin account to manage a business. Please guys, Google can do it, you can too!

I agree. This is exactly my issue today. I need to alter the admin account for "my" business account, to eliminate the confusion created by the mismatched email address. I created and control both email accounts. I added the second email address as another "user". But there is no ability to transfer ownership.
This is an absolutely vital component to a virtual store account.
