Additional feature for the autogenerated email addresses of paperless billing accounts
Current situation: Since we are now preventing human intervention by reducing the accounts in special handling cases which may cause data privacy issue.
Suggestions: I would suggest to have an extra feature in Billing setting for adding automated email address of paperless billing accounts. These autogenerated email addresses do not have someone who can actually accept nor decline the verification request to add the email in the system.
It would have been better if you can add at least options for automated emails (like invoice scanner) and for individual/specific email addresses.
Once the customer or AM click the option for Automated emails, it will not longer required verification request and will automatically added in the system. On the other hand, for the specific email addresses, it will required verification request as what we have today.
Benefits: (For AM’s and customer’s view) Easily add the autogenerated email address as per customer’s request without the need to accept nor decline the verification process. It will also lessen the volume of accounts in special handling cases due to the issue of adding external contacts specially those invoices scanner email addresses.
I agree with this idea, We normally encounter customers with unmonitored email address as their AP contact such as their scanning centers. Since we Microsoft Advertising is now pushing for paperless billing, these unmonitored email addresses cannot be added in the UI because no one from the customer end would be able to accept the request. Hope that this will be picked up by MSA admin for review.
