If I'm already signed into adCenter, I shouldn't have to go through multiple security measures to fill out a report form. I suggest getting rid of the requirements of username and last 4 digits of credit card for people who are already signed in, and include a drop down menu for different accounts.
Thank you for your feedback. We take our customer’s privacy and security very seriously and continue to request information to verify your account to ensure we’re talking with the right person.
Thanks for all of your help, Susan :)
Thanks for the clarification, Chris. I'm in engineering and will make sure that your feedback is given to the right team.
To clarify, there are more security measures in place to email support than to log in to my account. I am writing to suggest that if adCenter feels that I am secure enough to manage my account and billing info, then I shouldn't have to:
1. Re-enter my username
2. Look up the last 4 digits of my credit card
3. Look up my account number
just to contact support. Though I appreciate your apology for the inconvenience, I'm writing so I don't have to go through this cumbersome process every time I want to contact support and am already logged in to adCenter. Therefore I'd appreciate it if my suggestion were forwarded to your development team. Thanks.
Thank you for the clarification! We do take your privacy and security seriously and apologize for any inconvenience this process caused. I updated your feature suggestion to reflect "support form" so the teams are clear on where the pain point is.
My apologies...I may have meant Support Form or whatever it's called when I click Contact and attempt to email support. An adCenter rep told me recently that the system doesn't currently recognize if someone is already signed in, and that I should share my suggestion here. Thanks.
