Desktop tool - Add a "Feedback" feature in the tool itself like AdWords Editor's
If a person finds an error or has feedback in the Desktop tool, why make that person:
1) navigate away from the tool
2) open a new program (browser)
3) navigate to a specific page on a specific site
4) register and/or login
** at this point the person may have forgotten what the issue or feedback was
5) then submit an idea
6) choose a topic
7) finally hit submit?
From the desktop tool... already signed in, all necessary identifying data regarding topic (Desktop tool) already present for AdCenter help associates or system.
The only steps required:
1) click menu and select "Feedback"
2) enter feedback or issue
maybe 3) enter Desktop specific topic
Just copy AdWords Editor's funtionality.
Why make a 2 or 3 step process 7 steps?
Why make it so difficult to provide feedback?
