Enable operating system and carrier targeting
For mobile ads, let me target specific handsets (e.g. iPhone only) and carriers (e.g. AT&T and Verizon only).

To simplify campaign management in Bing Ads and to make it easier for advertisers to manage campaigns across our system and AdWords, we will be simplifying our targeting options on mobile devices.
Please see http://advertise.bingads.microsoft.com/en-us/blogpost/129229/bing-ads-blog/upcoming-changes-to-device-targeting-in-bing-ads for more details.

This would give Bing such an advantage. Google doesn't allow bidding on specific keywords anymore for its app campaigns, so right now Bing would be the best option for us to run a Search campaign, but since it doesn't offer iOS only, we can't possibly waste the money!

This is hugely important for us, given that we are wasting tons of money paying for android clicks when our app is iOS only.

you used to do this, not targeting OS is a deal-breaker. I sell android products, no point trying to sell them to IOS or windows mobile

Create a filter which can allow us to show ads only to specific users based on their device OS .. say only IOS or Only andriod users ..as the case may be

Sometimes Andorid performs much worse than iOS and as a result mobile campaign performance looks bad since Andorid has almost 2x of traffic, but iOS has a much stronger ROAS. If only I could exclude specific OS, it would make my mobile campaigns very efficient.

We would like to request a feature to separate device targeting for iOS and android as there are several advertisers who would like to show ads on mobile device for iOS users only.

I have different CPAs based on the my OS's.
In particular, I have issues with converting Android users.
I'd like to be able to segment them, or at least, bid modify those devices.
It's to the point where I barely hang on to mobile because of how poor Android does compared to IOS.

I need targeting only to Mac OS users, other ads products has such targeting and gets a lot of client budgets.

Other advertising programs allow for specific system targeting. IE mac only, exclude macs, or PC only. With this type of targeting specific products will only be offered to customers using viable systems.

The option to target your mobile ads by network operator would be very useful, as well as being able to exclude non-network (wifi) users.

I got an email notice from Susan Palmer this was resolved, but I don't see the carrier targeting as described - I'm still just seeing OS targeting & no carriers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon, etc).
