Automatic IP exclusion from third-party tools - via Bing API
I'd like to make an additional inquiry to Bing Ads regarding the IP address exclusions issue, too.
We are using a third-party tool to recognize the fraudulent click activity on our Bing Ads. Unfortunately, because we couldn't have this third party tool to be connected directly to Bing Ads (the way we have it connected with Adwords by putting the Customer ID number into the dashboard and the template link), there's no way for us to automate things and start adding the freshly-detected IP addresses that have been recognized by the third-party tool back to Bing Ads - on a constant non-stop basis. That makes us react to such an activity with the significant delay, and always be one step behind the intruders.
Suggestion: Bing Ads to implement the solution that would let their advertisers connect the account to a third-party tool, so an advertiser could be more efficient.
The reason the automatic IP blocking function is not supported on Bing ads at the moment is that Bing currently does not provide access to the API which can process the block request they send automatically. Thanks.
Thank you for your feedback. We are investigating it further and will start working on it.
