Account owners should be able to remove an agency managing their account themselves
Account owners should be able to remove any agency managing the account on behalf the owner without having to ask the agency to remove themselves. The fact that account owners don't currently have that ability is concerning.
The current process is that the account owner has to go to the agency and ask that their account be released.

We appreciate your feedback. This is currently in execution. Thank you!

Kay- my unlink button is grayed out and not working. Is it possible yet to unlink or delete an ad agency?

Still cannot unlink at 6/25/2019. Only microsoft is capable of allowing something so absurd as not allowing the owner to unlink a manager

As of 5/1/19 the unlink is still not available to the owner/super admin. You gotta be kidding me?

You can remove the agency, go to accounts and billing > Accounts > Access > Click unlink

+3 this is so unsafe. A smart business owner would remove the agency before they fire them....not ask their permission to release the account so they can fire them...this is absolutely ridiculous.

+1 on this. I think it's a bit ridiculous that the account owner cannot remove an agency from account management.
