Please allow for audience exclusions in Remarketing & Search Campaigns.
I would love to be able to exclude audiences in my remarketing campaigns (love them btw!). For instance, exclude the checkout visits quickly across multiple campaigns, exclude all visits in a regular serach campaign so all remarketed visits automatically get into my RLSA campaigns, etc.

Please continue working on this - it's good that you can apply up to a -90% modifier, but to exclude an audience we need the ability to have -100% bid modifiers.
This feature really needs the ability to apply negative remarketing lists. Is it done yet?

It would be really useful to be able to exclude audiences from a campaign so that they can be targeted in other campaigns without worrying about keyword overlap driving up CPCs

Allow advertisers to use remarketing lists as negative audiences.
Use remarketing list to create a list of current customers, then use this list as a Negative Campaign list, so you don't show Bing ads to current customers. This would prevent you from paying for customers to click on ads to login to your product.

I think this is a great idea Kirk. We need to be able to include and exclude audiences with our campaigns. Excluding is equally as important as including.
