support free advertising for non profit 501(c)(3) organizations like google with its grant program
I feel Microsoft should support 501(c)(3) non profit organizations with free advertising search engine support like google does with its google grants program. as non profit organizations supporting the comunity should not have to pay to let people know the good they are doing in the community and to get support for thieer causes
168 votesThank you for your interest in Grants for Social Impact. The pilot is currently closed as we assess learnings and we are not accepting new handraisers at this time. Once the pilot expands or becomes widely available, we will follow up with you about next steps. I recommend the non-profit registers with Microsoft Philanthropies – https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/#/register. That is the first step to joining Grants for Social Impact and will give the non-profit access to other grant programs and opportunities with Microsoft products.

Shared Library (cross-account) - Negative, Audiences etc etc
We would love to see a shared library which can be used cross-accounts (similar to Google). At the moment this is only available by account.. which is a very slow process. Especially when you have multiple accounts across multiple markets. Please make my dreams come true.

custom formula columns
Integration of Custom Formula columns will allow for unique metrics, or measurement that is unavailable otherwise but regularly manipulated/created in Excel (ie % of total spend, or conversions. etc.) This is Google (and Search Ads 360) parity.

Account owners should be able to remove an agency managing their account themselves
Account owners should be able to remove any agency managing the account on behalf the owner without having to ask the agency to remove themselves. The fact that account owners don't currently have that ability is concerning.
The current process is that the account owner has to go to the agency and ask that their account be released.

Add/update Campaign level audience association in Microsoft Advertising Editor
Campaign level audiences can be added or associate using Microsoft Advertising UI. In Microsoft Advertising Editor, you can only add or update Ad group level audiences.

Custom Combinations for Audiences
I'd like to be able to create Custom Combinations for Audiences in Bing Ads.
At the moment I have lists set up for 30, 90 and 180 days duration, but I'd like to combine these as some users will fall into all 3 lists.
I'd love to be able to create a list for users who came to my site between 31-90 and 91-180 days ago - as I want to bid differently on them vs my 30 day audience.

Show individual product titles for each product group instead of just showing the product group number
Is there any way that Bing can add the ability to show individual products rather than having to click on the three dots to expand the product group number to show product title.
13 votesWith our upcoming updates to the Product Groups tab, you’ll be able to see products within groups by hovering over a Product Group’s name.

Expand Bing shopping in more European countries
Would be great if Bing shopping could be carried out in more countries around Europe. We currently operate in most European countries and would love to be able to use the Shopping function in more countries. For example Sweden, Norway and Denmark where we see that the Bing usage is quite high per capita.

Microsoft shopping campaigns is now supported in Sweden, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, UK, France and Germany.
Support for Nordic countries is on the backlog

Columns sizing and default colums
I am always scrolling over to see the clicks all the way at the end. I want it in certain order but now you have stretched out the columns. Then everyday I come in here all my columns are taken away. I always have to re add the columns back in... getting really frustrated.

Allow the Import of Google Product Feed with Shipping in Multiple Countries
In Google Shopping Feed I can have several columns for shipping values for different countries (like DE and AT). But in Bing I have to add one feed for each country as I just learned from the support team. That's very messy and I can not use the Google Import Feature any more :( Now I have to take care on several feeds instead of one or I am forced into using a Feed-Engine which comes with extra costs.

Ability To Only Count One Specific Goal as a Conversion
Similar to the option in Google Ads.
We would like the ability to only count certain goals in the 'Conversion' column.
This way, we can keep track of multiple Goals along the way to a Conversion, without having duplicate conversion counts.
This would be similar to how Google Ads does it, where you can select whether to count a Goal as a Conversion or not.

Allow Bing to update feeds automatically on a monthly basis
We are running Dynamic search ads campaigns and we would like Bing to update feeds automatically on a monthly basis.
Now we need to upload/update feeds manually and it takes a lot of time.

Create a Product Group tab at Campaign and Account Level.
Currently we can only set bids in Bing Shopping in Editor, or within one ad group at a time. We would love to be able to see and filter for product groups at a campaign and account level as well so we can make quicker, bulk bidding decisions. Please see Google Ads for reference as they are set up this way. Much needed!

Add/Remove Excluded Locations via API / Bing Ads Scripts
Similar to the 'excludeLocation' method for Google Ads scripts: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/examples/excluded-locations
It would be very valuable for us to be able to automate the adding and removal of excluded locations via the API / Bing Ads Scripts, because it would make it possible to exclude low converting locations during specific times of the day. That would instantly make our ROAS a lot more competitive compared to Google Ads.

Shared Budgets Need Budget Alerts / Recommendations
Shared budgets currently show as "sufficient" even when they are running out at 6pm, 7pm in the day.

Allow for Automated imports in BAE
I can automatically import adwords campaigns in the bing interface but I cannot do it in BAE. Can this feature be added to BAE?
