Welcome, friends!  This is a place for you to suggest a feature you'd like added to Microsoft Advertising, or vote for those already suggested by your peers to help them rise to the top of this feed.   1. Add/update Campaign level audience association in Microsoft Advertising Editor

    Campaign level audiences can be added or associate using Microsoft Advertising UI. In Microsoft Advertising Editor, you can only add or update Ad group level audiences.

  3. advertise products sold in iTunes

    Be able to advertise products sold in iTunes (apps/music) with clickable links to the iTunes store (like you can do in adwords click to download)

  4. Custom columns based on Goals; Upgraded reporting to pull custom columns

    Google's custom columns allow for the tracking of unique conversion events directly within the UI. It is more vital than ever to understand the full consumer's journey via the different goals that are completed. Microsoft Ads should allow for the creation and usage of custom columns, and should upgrade its campaign reporting feature to include configured columns, which would create closer parity to Google's reporting capabilities.

  5. Expand Bing shopping in more European countries

    Would be great if Bing shopping could be carried out in more countries around Europe. We currently operate in most European countries and would love to be able to use the Shopping function in more countries. For example Sweden, Norway and Denmark where we see that the Bing usage is quite high per capita.

  6. Allow Bing to update feeds automatically on a monthly basis

    We are running Dynamic search ads campaigns and we would like Bing to update feeds automatically on a monthly basis.

    Now we need to upload/update feeds manually and it takes a lot of time.

  8. One should be able to vreate folders in the list of campaigns to the left in the account

    It would be great if the "List of campaigns" to the left in the account could be sorted via folders. Or atleast if for example paused campaigns would have a grey-tone (be faded out) if they were paused!

    We are looking to see how we change the color of paused campaigns so that they are faded in our campaign list.

  9. Create a Product Group tab at Campaign and Account Level.

    Currently we can only set bids in Bing Shopping in Editor, or within one ad group at a time. We would love to be able to see and filter for product groups at a campaign and account level as well so we can make quicker, bulk bidding decisions. Please see Google Ads for reference as they are set up this way. Much needed!

  10. Enhanced CPC for Shopping Campaigns

    Same as enhanced CPC with text ads, increasing bids by 30%, resulting in higher conversions, lower CPA and improving ROI on Bing

    Enhanced CPC support is currently rolling out to advertisers using Shopping Campaigns. Please contact your account manager to get your account enabled if it hasn’t been.

  11. Ability To Only Count One Specific Goal as a Conversion

    Similar to the option in Google Ads.

    We would like the ability to only count certain goals in the 'Conversion' column.

    This way, we can keep track of multiple Goals along the way to a Conversion, without having duplicate conversion counts.

    This would be similar to how Google Ads does it, where you can select whether to count a Goal as a Conversion or not.

  12. Add/Remove Excluded Locations via API / Bing Ads Scripts

    Similar to the 'excludeLocation' method for Google Ads scripts: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/examples/excluded-locations

    It would be very valuable for us to be able to automate the adding and removal of excluded locations via the API / Bing Ads Scripts, because it would make it possible to exclude low converting locations during specific times of the day. That would instantly make our ROAS a lot more competitive compared to Google Ads.

  14. The ability to clone campaigns and ad groups

    It would be great if I could copy and paste at the campaign and ad group level instead of only at the keyword and ad level. Sometimes I want to create a clone campaign and this capability would save me a lot of time.

  15. Allow keyword filtering by Destination URL

    On the UI, there is no way we can filter the keywords by the Destination URL. It is causing us lots of issues because we need to filter by the tracking code that can be found only on the Dest. URL.

    Open up the API for scripts to take advantage of the following
    - Ad Schedules
    - Locations
    - Devices
    - Audiences

    With the ability to:
    - Read performance metrics

  17. Make Bing Ads Editor faster

    The Desktop Editor is very slow and eats up too much time when working with it. Please make it more faster so that even activating/pausing ads does not take one hour.

  18. Don't float the lower menu

    The "new" lower menu has these items on it: "

    It should not float but stay on the bottom of the page where people can scroll to it if need be. It takes up content space, and it also hides items on the account drop-down list when you have enough items to go down that far.

    We’re always tweaking our designs to improve the overall user experience of Bing Ads. This is one of the items on our bucket list. We totally agree that the extra few pixels make a difference when you are browsing through your campaign data.

  19. Have an option to view insertion orders in advance of bill-to switch

    Clients who wish to switch their account bill-to and have a new insertion order set to start some time in the future are unable to see the new IO in the UI, until the actual start date. Please add in the ability to view the IO in advance, or add in a help button which says "You will only be able to view the IO on the actual start date". This will help to reduce escalations to support.

  20. Remove Recommendations at Keyword Level

    You added recommendations to the keyword level mashing the graph to the right and making it smaller. Those belong in the recommendations tab and only in that tab. What you did was interrupt my workflow for every single ad group I enter.

    Imagine having hundreds of ad group that you have to click ignore recommendations on every 10 days. Better not accidentally click apply all. The main point is this only slows down our workflow and provides nothing positive. (Side note - the recommendations are never very useful. Far too broad in most cases.)

    Thanks for your feedback. This Oct., we improved the experience through adjusting the placement and adding “hide it for this account/campaign/ad group” options to reduce your effort.
    Besides, we are exploring a better experience to make it easier for you to find new insight. Pls continue sharing your feedback to us.
