  1. Indicate exact/phrase match types with " " and [ ] symbols

    It would be much easier to see all keyword match types at a glance if the appropriate exact/phrase match-type symbols were used (" ", [ ]). I realize that match type can be indicated in a different column, but we should be able to see in one glance at a keyword what its match type is.

  2. Shared Library (cross-account) - Negative, Audiences etc etc

    We would love to see a shared library which can be used cross-accounts (similar to Google). At the moment this is only available by account.. which is a very slow process. Especially when you have multiple accounts across multiple markets. Please make my dreams come true.

    Ability to share audiences across accounts is in development and should be available before the end the year.

  3. Time Zone Targeting Option

    Currently, when targeting ads by Hour of Day, adCenter bases delivery times off the user's time zone; whereas, AdWords bases delivery times off the advertiser's set time zone.

    Advertisers would like to have the option of which time zone is being used.

  4. Add a column to manage different conversion Steps

    I really like the possibility of having different customizable conversion steps (like browsing, prospects) that are different from the transactional conversion. This is really useful.

    But I see the only way to access this information is by making a report. On this report you have to tick "KW" so that you know which Keyword, adgroup and campaign triggeered those "mini-conversions".

    The idea is that this gives you a way to optimize when transactional conversions are not present. It would be great to have them directly on the management interface available on a column, for those who need it.

  5. Allow the option to link Bing Places accounts with Bing Ads accounts

    Allow the option to link Bing places accounts with Bing Ads accounts so that brands with a large number of business can create localized campaigns without having to manually enter location extensions. Google already allows this option, so if Bing wants to be a competitor, this is a feature that needs to be available.

    We have started to investigate providing this option. Can you share more details about how you’d expect the integration between Bing Places and Bing Ads to work given your experience with other platforms?

  7. Allow end date on campaign level

    Right now, the only option for setting an end date is on the ad group level. While you can set this in bulk, it's a bit unwieldy when you simply want a whole campaign to end at the same time. AdWords allows you to set an end date for a campaign, and Bing Ads should as well

  11. Allow an unlimited number of website exclusions

    Website exclusions are limited to 500. My campaign is barely over a month old, and I already have more than 500 sites I'd like to exclude.

  13. Remove "how to" as a noise word in search

    I want to target a phrase that is "how to xxxxxx", and I can not just use phrase or exact match...because the ad also shows up for only the word "xxxxx". This is a waste of clicks, and is not targeted.

    Can you please remove "how to" as a noise word? This would make it much better for marketers to really target down lots of keyword phrases and exact matches.

  14. Match the Sheet Headers for all Exports/Uploads

    It would be nice if all export/import (Excel) headers matched. For example, I just exported keywords from the UI, if I used this sheet and then tried to import it, the headers would not upload correctly to the tool because they are named differently. Within the desktop tool itself there are discrepancies between which headers are exported and which headers you can use to upload.

    We have started working on providing this functionality. This should be in beta before the end of the year.

  17. View and edit shopping bids at the ad group level

    We would like the ability to view and edit shopping bids at the ad group level. It's helpful when viewing ad groups across various campaigns.

  18. Please include targeting language HUNGARIAN / MAGYAR

    Hi,

    We can not deliver ads for all Hungary country in Europe.
    There is no way to target 15 million people speaking this language.

    Please help us.

  19. Increase/Decrease Multiple Product Group Bids by Percentage (in Shopping Campaigns).

    When looking at the product group level, it would be really convenient to be able to increase multiple product groups by a percentage as to allow for an increase across the board. This would allow for the relative order of bid amounts to stay the same across product groups.

  20. Options to bulk update ad schedule from settings tab

    We would like the ability to update ad schedules in bulk from the UI settings tab. Currently, if we want to change the ad schedule, we can only select one campaign at a time.
