  1. Call Extension Conversions

    Currently in Google, you are able to stipulate that a phone call after 5 minutes is a conversion – but currently there is a way to do this on our platform. Ideally, my clients are hoping to be able to track conversions from the Call Extensions, rather than just having a call count.

    We’ve begun to investigate providing this feature and would like to hear more from those interested. Are you using call extensions already? If so, what percentage of your calls are over 5 minutes today based on the reports? If you aren’t using call extensions, is lack of this capability a blocker?

    How are you using this feature on other platforms and how does it help with your search engine marketing optimizations?

  2. Please add a column for AudienceId in the GoalsAndFunnels report

    It would be great to have this column in the report, as this report is the only way to get per-goal conversion information (rather than overall conversion information). If this column contained the same data as the corresponding column in the AudiencePerformanceReport, it would give us the performance data we need for a particular audience to be able to know what kind of bid modifier to set for it on a given ad group.

    We’ll be adding more columns to the GoalsAndFunnels report later this year. Thanks for the feedback and interest in this improvement.

  3. Columns in report Gender and Age

    Make possible:
    1) to remove a column ad groups in the report Age and Gender to see general statistics in the interface without downloading data
    2) to add columns Conversions, CPA and Revenue

    We’ve started working on improving the reporting experience for age, gender and other settings. Stay tuned for more updates.

  4. Better Filters

    Would you be able to add a filter to the reporting that can exclude traffic from outside certain regions. For example, I want to look at multiple accounts on a search query report but only traffic from the UK

    We would like to learn more about interest in this feature. Is this a feature that is expected in the Reports tab as part of the search terms feature within the Keywords grid?

  5. custom formula columns

    Integration of Custom Formula columns will allow for unique metrics, or measurement that is unavailable otherwise but regularly manipulated/created in Excel (ie % of total spend, or conversions. etc.) This is Google (and Search Ads 360) parity.

  6. Fix Zeroed Out Performance Data for Entire Time in Bing Ads

    Fix Bing Ads so that performance data is never zeroed out when trying to view Entire Time and we don't have to refresh.

  7. Include Keywords items in the reporting Tab "Targeting" "Geographical location"

    While looking for a report due to targeting options used by Customers, I would like to see the keyword option added into the reporting. Then I would have an idea of which keyword is generating conversions and for which region. It helps customers to target much better based on the geographical location and to use the incremental bids in those specific location and for those specific keywords. Right now, we do not have the keyword column appearing.

  8. Salesforce Integration

    There isn't a way to integrate bing with Salesforce. All I need is a code that that or ID that passes along campaign and keyword level data into salesforce much like the GCLID for adwords. UTM code isn't a good option. There isn't even a code to javascript code to add to our landing pages to trigger anything in salesforce. If we can't do this, we will not be using Bing ads.

  10. Multiple time units in reports

    We should be able to select multiple time units in reports.
    ie; I need to look at Time of Day AND Day of Week at the same time.
    This should be a fairly simple fix.

  11. add incremental bidding % info to change history report

    Add data from incremental bidding to the change history report. If someone does not change day targeting, but simply changes the incremental % bid, and then removes it, there is no way of knowing that incremental bidding was applied and then removed. The change history report only shows if days, devices or locations were added or removed, but never shows if an incremental % was added, changed or removed.

  12. allow multiple tracking codes on one page

    Create unique tracking ID numbers so that multiple accounts can track a single conversion page.

  13. data retention -- we need to be able to retrieve data going back to the beginning of time. This is bizarre that we can't.

    WE should be able to retrieve data older than just 3 years. Google Adwords let's us retrieve data going back to the beginning of time and we expect the same from Bing. We lost some critical data that we can't recreate because of this.

  14. import google analytics data

    Import google analytics data
    Since I now can import Adwords, I can autotag so I can more or less track all in Google analytics I only miss the possibility to get the tracked data back into Bing Ads. Either manually or on regular basis. Might also be good if other data based on Adwords(in analytics) might be imported also. That could be a good base for further expansion of the bing ads account, especially in countries where Bing are very small compared to Google and thus the base for intelligence is limitied for bing. Even if searchpatterns are different there…

  15. Do not count some Conversions, under "conversion" column

    Similar to Google Adwords,
    We want to have the ability for each conversion goal, to choose whether its conversions will get counted under "conversion" column or not.

    The segmentation feature is not enough, because it looks too messy, and doesn't allow to sort the column by conversion rate.

    The motivation:
    I have 2 conversion goals: checkout page view, and sale. I upload sales offline.
    I want the conversion column to count the checkout page view goal, since it is important enough to know whether visitors go where i want them to go.

  16. Here's an idea...Why not add FTP delivery as an option to all automated custom export reports.

    This allows some of us to script automation services so that we can simply retrieve the reports without having to write complex API solutions just to get to our data.

  18. Add conversion goal as a segment in the reporting

    I'd like to see different conversion goal names in my reports to be able to compare leads and sales between Bing/Yahoo, AOL and syndicated search partners. At the moment it's only possible to see the total amount of conversions for each network, not the conversion type by network.

  20. Can we have the full report name under the Report History section?

    As of right now, the full report name is not shown under the Report History section in the UI. That causes confusion to users because a lot of times the user sees several reports with the same naming, such as:

    'Campaign change history 2...'
    'Campaign change history 2...'
    'Campaign change history 2...'

    There is a mouse layover function that allows the user to see it, but unfortunately this does not work well all the time.

    Are there any plans to enlarge this section?
