I added many of your keyword recommendations to my Keyword list. Please tell me why 98 of your recommended keywords were "Disapproved?"
Please note: Google Ads approved all 98 of your recommended Keywords?1 vote
Thanks for your feedback. Could you pls send us your XID and disapproved 98 keywords? Thanks.
The new recommendations feature is a huge step backwards.
Why can't I filter the keywords? I don't have time to go through 400+ keywords one by one to choose if they're relevant to my business.
By using a filter, I can easily choose the recommended keywords to apply and which ones to dismiss.
I no longer use this feature because of the restrictions and time taken to administer it.
All recommendations are dismissed, unfortunately.2 votes
Thanks for your feedback. Could you let us know what columns you previously used to filter the keyword recommendations?
Microsoft Advertising Intelligence cannot operate in our country of Vietnam. I would like to ask for comments to bring Microsoft Advertising Intelligence to the country, to fellow Vietnamese who use Microsoft Advertising Intelligence.2 votes
Thanks for your feedback. Could you pls contact the ad support to provide more detailed information?
At some point since Bing Ads started offering segmented auction insights data, it began sharply limiting the time period that we can download segmented auction insights data. We are now limited to 16 days of data, 17 weeks, 17 months and 13 quarters. Why? I used to be able to regularly pull 30 days of segmented data and created reports based on this fact. Please reverse this limitation so that we can retrieve at least 60 days of segmented data, 30 weeks and 30 months. As of right now, the data falls significantly short of what is available in Google Ads, and seems like a needless limitation that has been arbitrarily set.

We will start the exploration later this year.
Currently, when new keywords plus bid modifiers are added it causes the account to go into a hold while it gets verified. The problem here is that this is also happening when customers decides to apply some of the opportunities being offered inside of the bing ads UI tabs labeled “opportunities”. It makes zero sense why we would be provided a suggestion from directly inside of bing ads only to be put on hold for an editorial review. If you guys aren’t already clear on whether or not you will allow a certain keywords or anything else being offered inside of the opportunities tab then why would you offer it to us as an opportunity? The way it’s setup now no opportunities are worth having your campaign go down all day or longer if you don’t take the time to contact support just to add some keywords or multipliers. It’s logical that if Bing ads internally and directly tells customers that they should consider adding something to their campaign that you guys should have already agreed and decided that those changes or additions are already approved. Otherwise what’s the alternative outcome, you make an opportunity suggestion only to tell me days later that it’s actually disapproved? If that was the case than that would mean your making suggestions that aren’t even usable to your clients so obviously this makes no sense at all, and your creating more work for your review department. Please fix this because this was not very well thought at all and it has caused me to loose valuable days many times over in the last 6-8 weeks. Thanks

Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the inconvenience caused. We take this comment seriously as system by design should not suggest editorial non-compliant keywords to users. To help us further investigate the issue, could you pls help provide your account XID, along with the keyword suggestions getting rejected? We will get back to you soon once we have an investigation result and solution
It would be great if you could make this tool available in Spain also!
Many thanks in advance!1 vote
Thanks for your feedback. We already support Spain in Bing Ads Intelligience? Could you let me know what’s the gap you see for keyword research? Below is the link for downloading it.
You should let customer choose competitors in competitors sheet from bing ads. Otherwise you should let customer choose the operating market sector(s) so algorithm works better1 vote
Thanks for your feedback.
Could you elaborate more what you’d like to achieve through choosing competitors or market sectors?
We work a lot with labels in Google Ads scripts (about 95 % of the scripts). All these scripts can't be used in Bing Ads properly.80 votes
Facebook and Google both show overlap of audience, to give an advertiser an idea of degree of incrementality of one audience vs. others.1 vote
We put this request as backlog
Include 'West Midlands' in the UK county options. It is the second largest Metropolitan County in UK.
If being contacted by post, we get incorrect addressing because your system does not allow us to enter the correct UK postal details which in our case is 'West Midlands' NOT biurmingham.1 vote
Hello Mr West.
Could you please provide us with more context on this issue? We would like to understand the issue you are facing in more detail in order to resolve it. As of today, we do not surface the regions but more granular constituencies.
Please feel free to get back to me directly.
We use the same 17 conversions over and over for each of our campaigns that we setup and we would love to have the option to pull in all of our standard conversions in one pull (like Google does for Analytics) so that we don't have to enter the same conversions in manually all the time. It would be great if this could happen on the platform (ideal) or the Bing Ads editor or both (preferrable).6 votes
Can you clarify what is meant by pulling in conversions for each campaign? Conversion goals should apply to all campaigns in your account and shouldn’t need to be created per campaign.
Please add a hotkey for advanced bid changes in the editor. AdWords editor is using Crtl+B.7 votes
Thanks for your feedback Kevin. We will look into this.
We have a few clients who want to dominate the search results for all the keywords in a particular campaign. It is inefficient to have to add a rule to every single keyword in the campaign, and to remember to add the rule to any new keywords added later. Give us a way to add Top of Page at the campaign level instead.1 vote
Hi Mel, there is a way to set keyword rules for all keywords from a specific campaign. Have you tried these steps?
1. Click into the campaign you want to add the keyword rule for so that you are in the ad groups tab reviewing ad groups that only belong to that campaign.
2. Go to the Keywords tab. Now you are reviewing keywords that only belong to your campaign from Step #1.
3. Click Automate > Increase to estimated top of page bid when…
4. Next to “Apply to” make sure that this is selected: “All keywords in this campaign.” This rule will now automatically include all keywords in that campaign, including future keywords that you add later.
5. Continue defining your rule.
Let me know if that works for you.
Add negative audience lists via Bing Ads Editor2 votes
Thanks for your feedback. We will look into this.
Current Bing Ads editor doesn't support >10,000 changes/additions at a time.
have been facing this problem for few of the large accounts, I think this limit should not be lesser than 50,000 (unlimited changes would be great)
Can you please elaborate more on what operation you are seeing the limitation?
Dear Sirs, Last month we got a lot off trash traffic from outlook.live.com on all our accounts.
And We can't exclude this website because your system shows error message "You can’t add Yahoo! or Microsoft sites (such as www.msn.com) to your excluded websites list."
What should we do to stop clicks from outlook.live.com?1 vote
We will need more information about your account to understand the problem here. Can you contact Bing Ads support and reference this request as part of your escalation?
It would really help out a big time if there was an option to edit/add shared Structured Snippets in Editor. The implementation of shared Callout extensions helped quite a bit, but it always becomes a hassle trying to create Structured Snippets, as we can only create it in the UI. Takes too much time and would like it to be a one-stop-shop experience.1 vote
Thanks for your feedback. We will look into this.
Also, glad to hear that addition of Callout extension in BAE helped you.
The app of Bing it does not work. When I go it only shows the Spend page and it does not show any other. Im using Apple Phone
Please let me know when it is fixed.1 vote
Thank you for providing the feedback. We are looking to get this issue resolved. Would you be able to email me (email@example.com) the details below? This will help with our investigation.
Did you experience this after the new update (2.10.0)?
Is there any capability of checking locations in mass to resolve the error issue when importing?1 vote
Bing Ads Editor currently doesn’t have a way to check for locations in bulk to resolve the errors. Thanks for your feedback though, we will look into this.
Can we get the click performance report by msclkid?80 votes
We have started investigating the use cases around providing a click performance report by MSCLKID. Please let us know if and how you use this report in other ad platforms today as well as how it does or does not meet your needs.
