Microsoft Advertising Feature Suggestions

Welcome, friends!  This is a place for you to suggest a feature you'd like added to Microsoft Advertising, or vote for those already suggested by your peers to help them rise to the top of this feed.   2. Shopping campaign reporting

    Within a Shopping campaign, it would be helpful to view which products have been clicked on and the metrics for this. It would also be helpful to see what search term generated a click on a particular product, if possible? So essentially combining these two reports.

  3. Product performance of shopping campaign within dashboard

    It would be helpful to be able to view product performance for Shopping campaigns within the dashboard. So essentially which products have been clicked on and the metrics for this. It would also be helpful to see what search term generated a click on a particular product, if possible? So essentially combining these two reports.

  6. Full Audience Reporting (Even People Not In Audiences)

    Hi,

    I had to perform an audience analysis for a large client over the last 2 weeks. I needed to analyze how Remarketing audiences perform on a cpa basis vs prospecting audiences. When you pull an audience report in the Microsoft UI you ONLY get people who are in an added audience you DO NOT get metrics on "people not in audiences" with your audiences so that spend, revenue etc all match totals for that time period.   7. Add Delivery Status to Report

    Given more and more customers start using auto bidding, it's important to see where is each campaign at within the learning period. Currently, UI is the only place to get “Delivery Status” of campaigns and ad groups. It will be super helpful if we could include this metric into BAM and UI reports.

  8. bing trends

    the report for products they dont include the product ids that you have writen in the fee or catalog. This is a basic thing, also titles and descriptions.

    Please allow to exclude IPs by IP Network like 109.70.100.0/24

  13. "Approved Limited" Ad - Explanations & Report

    It would be a nice to have when one or more ads get flagged by the system and get the status: "Approved Limited" to get a report or a way to know which keyword or what is causing the issue. So we can just fix it by ourselves.

  16. Improve messaging on scheduled email reports missing attachments

    The current size limitation for scheduled email reports is 4 MB.

    So in cases when the user requests for a email attachment and the file size isgreater than 4MB, we must include a message on the email generated giving the reason why the attachment was not included.

  17. Please allow for the modification of the email subject line for auto-generated reports

    This would allow for easier filtering of incoming reports and aid in the quality assurance process.

  19. Forecast Reporting Tool

    Hi Bing Ads,

    I'd like to raise a suggestion on reporting. where we can get a forecast reporting on searchers, Including estimated impressions or maybe clicks if possible. That way, we could prepare/allocate for our future campaigns through industry and consumer demands.

  20. Fix your reporting system so it stops crashing

    I was informed today that if you run "too many" reports in Microsoft ads, the reporting functionality will stop working entirely. It will get stuck on "loading report" indefinitely and will prevent you from creating another report.

    This is utterly unacceptable. Google Ads can run as many reports as necessary, there is no reason why Microsoft Advertising cannot do the same. This prevents advertisers from using your platform to its full functionality and provides a negative incentive to put more business on Bing.

    I, for one, will not be recommending any more of my customers engage with Microsoft Advertising until…
