  1. Add/update Campaign level audience association in Microsoft Advertising Editor

    Campaign level audiences can be added or associate using Microsoft Advertising UI. In Microsoft Advertising Editor, you can only add or update Ad group level audiences.

  2. Custom columns based on Goals; Upgraded reporting to pull custom columns

    Google's custom columns allow for the tracking of unique conversion events directly within the UI. It is more vital than ever to understand the full consumer's journey via the different goals that are completed. Microsoft Ads should allow for the creation and usage of custom columns, and should upgrade its campaign reporting feature to include configured columns, which would create closer parity to Google's reporting capabilities.

  3. Allow Bing to update feeds automatically on a monthly basis

    We are running Dynamic search ads campaigns and we would like Bing to update feeds automatically on a monthly basis.

    Now we need to upload/update feeds manually and it takes a lot of time.

  4. Smart shopping

    Add a feature for automatic retargeting after x amount of sale for smart shopping campaign like google has to have automatic bids and keywords for maximum conversions.

  6. Have an option to view insertion orders in advance of bill-to switch

    Clients who wish to switch their account bill-to and have a new insertion order set to start some time in the future are unable to see the new IO in the UI, until the actual start date. Please add in the ability to view the IO in advance, or add in a help button which says "You will only be able to view the IO on the actual start date". This will help to reduce escalations to support.

  8. separate the apply and dismiss buttons

    When attempting to mass apply a recommended changes to an Advertisement in campaign management, I have twice now accidently clicked dismiss instead of apply due to how close they are together. either separate the 2 buttons or put a confirmation for the dismiss or an undo option.

  9. custom formula columns

    Integration of Custom Formula columns will allow for unique metrics, or measurement that is unavailable otherwise but regularly manipulated/created in Excel (ie % of total spend, or conversions. etc.) This is Google (and Search Ads 360) parity.

  10. Target CPA for Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, Australia

    Allow target CPA and maximize conversions (or even better target ROAS) in campaigns targeted on Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, New Zealand and Australia. The best bid strategy for these campaigns is now enhanced CPC, which is falling behind on the strategies focused on ROI / CPA.

  11. Ability To Only Count One Specific Goal as a Conversion

    Similar to the option in Google Ads.

    We would like the ability to only count certain goals in the 'Conversion' column.

    This way, we can keep track of multiple Goals along the way to a Conversion, without having duplicate conversion counts.

    This would be similar to how Google Ads does it, where you can select whether to count a Goal as a Conversion or not.

  12. Expand Bing shopping in more European countries

    Would be great if Bing shopping could be carried out in more countries around Europe. We currently operate in most European countries and would love to be able to use the Shopping function in more countries. For example Sweden, Norway and Denmark where we see that the Bing usage is quite high per capita.

    Open up the API for scripts to take advantage of the following

  14. Create a Product Group tab at Campaign and Account Level.

    Currently we can only set bids in Bing Shopping in Editor, or within one ad group at a time. We would love to be able to see and filter for product groups at a campaign and account level as well so we can make quicker, bulk bidding decisions. Please see Google Ads for reference as they are set up this way. Much needed!

  15. Add/Remove Excluded Locations via API / Bing Ads Scripts

    Similar to the 'excludeLocation' method for Google Ads scripts: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/examples/excluded-locations

    It would be very valuable for us to be able to automate the adding and removal of excluded locations via the API / Bing Ads Scripts, because it would make it possible to exclude low converting locations during specific times of the day. That would instantly make our ROAS a lot more competitive compared to Google Ads.

  17. Shared Library (cross-account) - Negative, Audiences etc etc

    We would love to see a shared library which can be used cross-accounts (similar to Google). At the moment this is only available by account.. which is a very slow process. Especially when you have multiple accounts across multiple markets. Please make my dreams come true.

  18. Do not count some Conversions, under "conversion" column

    Similar to Google Adwords,
    We want to have the ability for each conversion goal, to choose whether its conversions will get counted under "conversion" column or not.

    The segmentation feature is not enough, because it looks too messy, and doesn't allow to sort the column by conversion rate.

    The motivation:
    I have 2 conversion goals: checkout page view, and sale. I upload sales offline.
    I want the conversion column to count the checkout page view goal, since it is important enough to know whether visitors go where i want them to go.

  19. Show individual product titles for each product group instead of just showing the product group number

    Is there any way that Bing can add the ability to show individual products rather than having to click on the three dots to expand the product group number to show product title.
