  1. Stop dropping words from exact match keywords

    Bing has started dropping words from exact match terms and calling it under 'same search intent'. For example, they are dropping PURCHASE intent keywords like buy, order, online, ship, delivery and mapping it to the root words.

    For example, the keyword 'buy sticky toffee pudding' will show for the search 'sticky toffee pudding' because they say the intent is the same. The data I have absolutely differs - people do not convert on the root word, or if they do, it's a rate that makes the ROAS exceptionally poor.

    Also, Google does not do this. They do not drop words…

  2. Fix The Exact Match Keyword Update (Synonyms?)

    Bing needs to fix the recent exact match keyword update. The new update essentially makes exact match keywords useless. With the new update, exact keywords can match to synonyms which does NOT allow advertisers to show the most relevant ad to someone searching on Bing.

    For us, this has resulted in a lower return on investment and higher advertising spend.

    For those not familiar, Bing's new update allows for reordering, stop/function word dropping, implied words/ same search intent, and synonyms (NEW). The update was designed to follow Googles new update for exact match keywords. Unfortunately, the parity is far from…

  3. SMS Messaging

    Offer SMS (Text) messaging for specific topics and issues - to alert customers of issues with the product or with their account and to let them know when an issue is resolved (e.g. credit card expiring, editorial rejection, paused ads, coupon depleted, etc.)

  4. Option to automatically Import New Campaigns or Option to import Enabled/Paused Campaigns only

    At the moment, it is possible to set automatic imports for selected campaigns but I hope the Import feature will be able to automatically include the new enabled campaigns I'm about to create plus add a few more options to import enabled/paused campaigns only.

    This way, setting up of new import settings won't be necessary, we won't need to manually select all the enabled or pause campaigns one by one. This can save save more time.

  5. New URL tracking parameter to pass the LinkedIn Targeting Category ID

    We have started the new LinkedIn Profile targeting based on Job Function & Industry in few of our Search Campaigns. We have not setup Conversion tracking in our Campaigns. So, in order to measure the performance, we need a URL Tracking Parameter to pass the LinkedIn Category tracking ID.

  6. Allow Ads for CBD Products; The farm bill has removed CBD from restricted drug list; It will benefit many, and CBD does not get people "high

    CBD does not get people high, it helps people with chronic pain. It is not addictive and can benefit people in many ways. You will be leaps and bounds ahead of Adwords & Facebook Advertising if you allow paid ads for CBD

  8. Account level choices for search partners etc

    changing network ad distribution network at ad group level is painful. at least have it at campaign level.
    Also imports from google over write this, so also having it as an option for the scheduled imports would be great.

  9. Allow adding prouuct category, which age group it is for, which gender etc like in Google Merchant Center for increasing the relevancy score

    Adding all these really helps the algo to understand what type of product you are promoting and helps to find buyers related to that product

  16. Keyword List Download button to be added

    Can you please add a Download Button to the Shared negative lists? It is currently not possible to do this and so I cannot copy the same lists across accounts (or across other platforms)

  18. Expand Google Ads Import Feature

    Allow more find & replace features for Google Ads imports. Right now the import feature only allows 1 find and replace option in campaign names. It would be more beneficial if there was a way to do multiple find and replaces within campaign names, and the ability to do multiple find and replaces within ad groups. There's currently not an option to change the group naming. These features are necessary on my current account as there are 2 locations in campaigns that differ between Google and Bing, and one within the group. The lack of these features means we cannot…

  20. the Tracking template

    when creating the campaign the Ad URL Options should already be there, the first time bc it would make alot of sense for newbies or new comers, would make user friendly.....and bc you get your Ads Rejected when you use a Tracking link on Final URL.......The "Ad URL Options' should appear at the creations of campaign, so we can see the Tracking template
