  1. View and edit shopping bids at the ad group level

    We would like the ability to view and edit shopping bids at the ad group level. It's helpful when viewing ad groups across various campaigns.

  2. Options to bulk update ad schedule from settings tab

    We would like the ability to update ad schedules in bulk from the UI settings tab. Currently, if we want to change the ad schedule, we can only select one campaign at a time.

  3. Static columns in the UI

    The columns at the campaign, ad group, and keyword level are constantly changing as we move through an account or switch accounts. We would appreciate a setting that allows our users to set standard/static columns for each level. We spend quite a bit of time adjusting columns to find data, when we could be acting on data.

  5. Make publishing time faster after changes!

    After adding or changing some things in the account, it takes the system several hours to put the ads back on the network, which is frustrating.

    Please find a way to make the ads go live faster after changes/new additions, etc.

  6. Allow users to create Customised columns

    It would be great if we could create our own colums, so we can create our own formulas. For example I would like to create a specific column for conversions of a specific conversion goal. So I can see which conversion goals.

    For example, I have a conversion goal names 'newsletter subscription' and I would like to add only this conversion goal as a column.

  7. CPA bidding at ad group

    Target CPA Bidding at campaign level is super helpful for optimizing accounts. It would be great if there is a CPA bidding strategy at ad group.

  8. Having Age / Sexe conversions/ clics in parameters (not just estimations!)

    Estimations tool is not accurate at all, we need age/ sexe datas in paramaters just like calendar, we will be able to improve our campaigns and make adjustment

  11. Support portfolio level automated bidding with shared budgets

    This would allow more campaigns to qualify (reach the minimum of 15 conversions in 30 days) for automated bidding where campaigns can be logically grouped because they have a similar Target CPA. Google supports this but I think it is an even more important feature for the Microsoft platform since traffic and conversion counts are typically lower for similar campaigns. Without portfolio support, there is a temptation to restructure and combine ad groups in ways that are not optimal for maintenance - just to meet automated bidding requirements.

  12. Filter keyword recommendations

    The new recommendations feature is a huge step backwards.
    Why can't I filter the keywords? I don't have time to go through 400+ keywords one by one to choose if they're relevant to my business.
    By using a filter, I can easily choose the recommended keywords to apply and which ones to dismiss.

    I no longer use this feature because of the restrictions and time taken to administer it.

    All recommendations are dismissed, unfortunately.

  13. Google Ads location linking when importing

    Make it easier for locations to be assigned when importing campaigns from Google Ads into Bing. So locations do not have to be reassigned.

  15. Target CPA for Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, Australia

    Allow target CPA and maximize conversions (or even better target ROAS) in campaigns targeted on Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, New Zealand and Australia. The best bid strategy for these campaigns is now enhanced CPC, which is falling behind on the strategies focused on ROI / CPA.

  17. Recommendations: Significant improvements needed to this tab

    This portion of the Microsoft Ads tool is in urgent and dire need of overhaul to make it functional and useful to people who get more than 20 recommendations.

    At present, the campaign recommendations screen is actually quite clunky to deal with, as it:

    - Will not keep your number of rows displayed consistent after an activity (i.e. if you select 100, reject some suggestions, it will refresh but go back to 20 rows on a page regardless of browser;
    - It always returns to the first page of the table, rather than the page you were on; and

    Thanks a lot for your feedback, which is very helpful! I’d like to further clarify the 3 needs you have raised.

    1) Understood your pain points and will work with the team for a solution and reply back here
    2) For bulk upload, do you mean uploading the edited recommendation in the spreadsheet to the account through “Import campaigns” in Web UI or editor? Currently it’s doable. Also, the rejection and dismissal reason feedback can be provided once you click “Stop showing this type of recommendation” or dismiss individual recommendation in the detail page.
    3) To make the scroll bar in the table only, do you want the top of the page (like the description and aggregated estimated KPI) always be available for reference when just scrolling the table?

    Once an advertiser makes a ad change, the status under "Delivery" should change automatically from "eligible" to something like "Waiting Review".
