  1. Add conversion goal as a segment in the reporting

    I'd like to see different conversion goal names in my reports to be able to compare leads and sales between Bing/Yahoo, AOL and syndicated search partners. At the moment it's only possible to see the total amount of conversions for each network, not the conversion type by network.

  2. Increase number of time segments available in Auction Insights downloadable reports

    At some point since Bing Ads started offering segmented auction insights data, it began sharply limiting the time period that we can download segmented auction insights data. We are now limited to 16 days of data, 17 weeks, 17 months and 13 quarters. Why? I used to be able to regularly pull 30 days of segmented data and created reports based on this fact. Please reverse this limitation so that we can retrieve at least 60 days of segmented data, 30 weeks and 30 months. As of right now, the data falls significantly short of what is available in Google…

  3. custom formula columns

    Integration of Custom Formula columns will allow for unique metrics, or measurement that is unavailable otherwise but regularly manipulated/created in Excel (ie % of total spend, or conversions. etc.) This is Google (and Search Ads 360) parity.

  5. Keyword Planner Search Volume

    Dear Support Team!

    Look. Keyword Planer does not show search volume for keywords in smaller, English speaking countries where Bing/Yahoo has coverage. BIG MISTAKE!! Because if you target let's say 10 of this smaller countries as Barbados, New Zealand, The Bahamas, ****** Islands, Jamaica, Cayman Islands...well still in certain niches good volume of traffic comes from these countries. Not just from the big ones!!

    Make it available as Google does!!! Because let's say I target Diabetes treatment. All right the main target countries are Canada and the US.

    But for certain keywords there is a search volume of 150-300 from…

  7. Goal report

    Bing only support geo (city, region, most specific location) with traffic & overall conversion numer, without converion goal break down. And goal report doesn't support geo breakdown, so it's hard to see performance of specific location of specific conversion type. Please learn from Google, thanks!

  10. Record Previous Bids for Reports

    I think it would be a good idea to able to pull up a report on the tools section that can show previous bids on the keywords of your choosing. The keywords can and should include existing, modified, paused, and deleted ones. This can allow the user to possibly revert back to and more importantly track previous bidding practices should the need ever arise

  11. Microsoft Advertising Editor - Top Impr Share metric

    When viewing statistics in Editor 'Top Impression Share' metric is currently not included, however other SoV metrics are.
    Customer exports the statistical data from from Editor and imports into tool to help with optimisiation decisions. Can 'Top Impression Share' be made available in Editor?

  12. Allow advertisers to create search term reports with wildcards

    For the search term report, our only option on the search terms is exact. Would be great to create reports that list all queries containing a certain term.

  13. Website URL (publisher) Tracking/Parameter

    Would be perfect to have a Website URL (Publisher) tracking or Parameter (for example {publisher} ) like any of these (https://help.ads.microsoft.com/#apex/3/en/56799/2), in order to be able to track what specific conversions are coming for each publisher. We need a way to properly track our conversion/click data, so we can optimize by excluding under performing publishers from the syndicated network.

  14. Option to see individual conversions and possibly their ID's / values

    Option to see individual conversions and possibly their ID's / values. So I can see exactly which product they purchased from the ad. Not just the total revenue from ad

  15. Add 'Customer Invoice Billing' report for prepay and postpay accounts

    This type of report has more added columns for the statement breakdown which is much easier to analyze via excel.

  17. Traffic from Chrome Browser

    86% of the traffic is coming through the Chrome Browser. 95% bounce, 11 seconds session duration. How is that possible? Settings are all ok, checked by Bing colleagues. Traffic through Edge, 25% bounce, 3 minutes session duration.

    Please make it possible to exclude Browsers. Impossible to continue with Bing Ads.

  18. Reports should inculde the data of conversions time

    It'd be much easier to analyze our data if that feature is available. especially which conversion happened at what time and all.

  19. Option to remove default rows from reporting for use importing into other systems

    We need to use the custom report functionality to auto import into another system on a daily basis for several campaigns. With the default rows at the top of the report we are unable to automatically import the report daily, making it a manual import process. It would be ideal if we could choose to remove the default rows from the reporting so this could be automated.

  20. Increase file size limitations for scheduled email reports

    On scheduled reports, the current file size limitation for scheduled email reports is 2 MB. It would be highly beneficial to increase the maximum file size for these emailed reports. Increasing this limit would help a lot of advertisers in the future.
