  1. Editorial Disapproval UI Messaging

    Please improve the UI messaging for editorial rejections and provide the reason for the disapproval. This will enable customers to know the cause of the rejection so they can, without having to contact Support for assistance, review the editorial policy and make changes to their campaign, appeal the rejection or realize that their business model makes them ineligible to serve ads on our network. T1 Support handles ~1800 inquiries about Editorial issues globally each month. This change could reduce inbound Support volume by 16% for editorial issues and decrease editorial escalations from T1 to T2 (saving Microsoft operational costs) as…

  2. Add Performance Filters to Product Dimension Performance Reports (and other Performance Reports)

    It would be amazing if the Product Dimension Performance Report via API had filtering options for metrics such as clicks > 0 or conversions > 0. This would greatly reduce the size of some of these reports and make them less taxing while bringing Bing to parity with Google, where this is already an option.

  3. Include "All Conversions" Metric in Scripts

    While there are functions to retrieve several metrics (getClicks(), getCost(), getConversions(), etc) there is none for "All Conversions". This metric is necessary to get any conversions that are not set to "Include in Conversions" column.

  4. Add Delivery Status to Report

    Given more and more customers start using auto bidding, it's important to see where is each campaign at within the learning period. Currently, UI is the only place to get “Delivery Status” of campaigns and ad groups. It will be super helpful if we could include this metric into BAM and UI reports.

  5. More transparency on "Other Search Terms"

    "Other Search Terms" contribute to nearly 33% of our search query impression volume but only 1% of the click volume resulting in very poor CTR. Is it possible to have more transparency on the high impression,poor click volume queries so that we can exclude them and improve CTR efficiency?

  6. Turn off Close Variations since it can cause irrelevant search terms

    We should have a feature where we can turn off close variations to avoid having irrelevant search terms. I'm afraid continuously adding irrelevant searches to my negative keywords list won't really work. As you can see, my ads are shown for completely random keywords so even is I add them as negative, I will be still spending money for other trash search terms.What's the point of exact match type if it's basically the same as broad? This is extremely important.

    We appreciate your input and feedback on the existing matching behavior. We encourage you to reach out to the support team to help address any issues you may encounter in the immediate term. Our algorithms are continuously learning and working to improve matching quality.

    As our algorithms continue to learn, we have observed that close variant performance and quality has significantly improved over the past few months. For many customers, close variants are performing better than canonical match types; we do not have any plans to revert the close variant updates. For those customers that are uniquely impacted by these changes, combining effective negative keyword strategies, use of Broad Match Modifier, and escalating to support are great options to address concerns that may still arise.

  7. Add/update Campaign level audience association in Microsoft Advertising Editor

    Campaign level audiences can be added or associate using Microsoft Advertising UI. In Microsoft Advertising Editor, you can only add or update Ad group level audiences.

  8. Allow more control over images order appearing on Bing Business listings.

    We should have the opportunity to make changes to the image order via the Bing Places Account so we can decide which image will be shown as primary when the listing is shown on bing.de

  9. getStats functionality on productGroup implemented

    It would be great if the productGroup getStats function could return the Conversions, clicks and impressions in the stats object returned.

    It seems this might be the plan as the getStats object is there, but the object currently does not hold any data on the actual numbers (its all 0s).

    For us who work with our campaigns on a product group level it would enable us to use the scripts for bid changing, which we currently cannot.
    So if that could be implemented it would be brilliant.

  13. Bing Places - Synchronization with Google My Business not available for Austria Customers

    Customers who wants to sync their Bing Places Account with Google My Business cannot complete the process due to an Bug in our UI.

    As per Engineering team Currently we are facing issue with GMB import in AT market because in GMB,
    we do not get State of the business address. We are planning to fix the issue in near future.

    This needs to be fixed asap.

  16. Custom columns based on Goals; Upgraded reporting to pull custom columns

    Google's custom columns allow for the tracking of unique conversion events directly within the UI. It is more vital than ever to understand the full consumer's journey via the different goals that are completed. Microsoft Ads should allow for the creation and usage of custom columns, and should upgrade its campaign reporting feature to include configured columns, which would create closer parity to Google's reporting capabilities.

  17. Auto Recharge stopped working

    Auto-recharge suddenly stopped working. Please test the payment and card transactions - I spend an hour setting up the same card again because it stopped auto-withdraw

  18. Monthly invoice "attention" field at ad account not MCC (SAP ID)

    There's an optional "Attention of" field when on monthly invoices. This helps Accounts Payable departments in larger organizations track the owner of the spend when there are multiple ads accounts running in parallel.

    The field is global for the MCC account however (at the SAP ID level) which means you'll have the same names for all invoices, even if they need to be for individual ad accounts.

    It will be very helpful to have this field at ad account level rather than global

  19. Allow standard users to update payment methods.

    We created an account for a new client but they now can't add a payment method. The only way that they can add a payment method is for us to let them be Super Admin and give them access to our entire manager account. Stupid.

  20. call forwarding and extension requirements need to be waived

    Requiring that ad groups must have 10 clicks and $10 in ad spend (previous cycle) before call forwarding and extension is enabled is not helpful. To optimize an account ad groups need to be based on relevancy and many times this means ALOT of ad groups need to be created, which means that it will take longer to meet the requirement for call forwarding/extension to show. Having this restriction almost encourages creating less ad groups, which may be not optimal for the account structure.
