  1. How do we measure impact of Sitelinks on Bing Ads?

    Which report allows you to evaluate the % of ads which used Sitelinks (at KW, Ads, campaign or Acct level) and let you judge the KPIs?
    We think it increases CTR by 30% but there is no quick way to verify this!

    Hi Amandine, we agree that those statistics would be very useful, and we’re working on a report called the “Ad Extensions Impact Report” which will let you see how your ads are performing when they are displayed with Ad Extensions as opposed to without.

    Meanwhile, if you want to calculate this on your own, you can get close by running the “Ad Extensions by Ad” report and the “Ad Performance Report”. The “Ad Performance Report” includes the clicks and impressions from the Ad Extensions as well, so you can achieve the comparison you are looking for by subtracting the Ad Extensions by Ad data. This is a hassle, which is why we are working hard to release the “Ad Extensions Impact Report” as soon as possible!

    Regarding your other question, about % of Ads using Sitelinks, you should be able to calculate this by running the “Ad Extensions by Ad”…

  2. Reports should include conversion data columns by default

    Conversion data columns should be added by default to all reports. Not sure who's looking at their performance without considering conversions.

  3. "Sign Out" capability not available on pages under "Old Version" of Report Center.

    On Google Chrome, IE9 & IE10 I am unable to go to the "Sign Out" option in the upper right corner (should drop down under my username) when I'm using the Old Version of Reports/Report Center.

    Please fix this as I currently have to go to another page such as "Campaigns" to sign out which seems like an unnecessary step.

  5. show the performance numbers when the date range is changed

    the UI doesn't always show the performance numbers.

  7. Chart PDF export feature with ability to add linear or polynomial trendlines

    Ability to export the various charts that the report center displays. ie. Traffic chart- Impressions over Clicks. With this, the ability to add linear or polynomial trend lines would be incredible.

  8. Keep keyword statistics if you move a keyword from 1 adgroup or campaign to another

    keep the stats on a keyword if its moved from one ad group or campaign to another

  9. Provide a view or report that shows only abnormal behavior (spikes & drops)

    Each Monday morning, I just want to know if any kw perf the previous week went outside of a 'normal' range (up or down) and why (bid, competition, rejection, broken link, budget, etc). A current report will include all the noise of kw perf that is fine and expected. And I want to see what happened that isn't expected or normal - and to have that bubble to the top.

  10. Provide a Keyword report that shows overall stats for each word regardless of other settings.

    It's surprisingly difficult to relay which keywords are doing best if the words are separated onto separate lines and you have to add them all up to see how the word is doing as a whole. If the keyword is "coffee," I want to see OVERALL (regardless of device, network, etc.) how the term is doing.

  12. Convert currency in manger account (MCC)

    If you use a manager account, you may have accounts that show cost data in a local currency different from the one used by your manager account. With multi-currency reporting, you can convert this local currency data to the manager account’s currency, so that you can more easily analyze costs and performance across accounts.

  13. Bing Ads Intelligence

    Hi Team,

    I recently noticed that in BAI the first page bid is now gone. This makes is very difficult for me to gauge new bids. Your keyword planner is not a very good tool with bid estimates and BAI easily would show me when my bids were too low by highlighting them yellow. Now it seems the first page bid column is not producing any data. This is on multiple accounts that I help manage. Please advise if this is a bug. Thanks
