  1. Keyword Brand Association Tool

    Hello, I would like to suggest a tool to measure a brand’s association with different keywords against our competitors over time. It could work by looking at a users’ initial search that does not contain a brand name and then subsequent searches that contain brand names. With this we could begin to understand how our efforts lead to people associating our brand with different keywords. Running a tool like this on a regular basis and creating a trend from the results will enable us to see if our brand has become more or less associated with different keywords throughout the…

  2. Average Household Income Geo-Targeting

    AdWords has rolled out for the USA a demographic geo-targeting based on Average Household Income which has proved very for specific products as it allows to target specific areas inside the USA which have a certain average income. This setting is very valuable and it allows to apply bid modifiers to the brackets of the population with the highest CR and the best ROI, as well as excluding the worst performing brackets.

    It would be fantastic if Bing introduces this particular setting

    We’ve started investigating this feature. In Adwords this feature seems to be geographical location based (e.g. assume everyone in Beverly Hills, CA 90210 is rich). Does this assumption work for your needs?

  3. Share of Voice Aggregate Data

    It would be extremely helpful if there was a way (since viewing Share of Voice at the campaign level is no longer an option) to create a report that provides aggregated share of voice data. As of now, a report can be created that will show share of voice for each campaign for whatever time frame is selected, and thats great. However, a more efficient use of time would be to provide aggregate data within the report.

    For the aggregated data for Share of Voice, do you mean at account level? If so, in the Reports tab, select “Account” under the “Performance” category, and in “Choose your columns” section, select the Share of Voice metrics like “Impression Share” and corresponding lost due to reasons from “Performance statistics”, you will then get the account level Share of Voice by running the report.

  4. Opportunities

    Currently, when new keywords plus bid modifiers are added it causes the account to go into a hold while it gets verified. The problem here is that this is also happening when customers decides to apply some of the opportunities being offered inside of the bing ads UI tabs labeled “opportunities”. It makes zero sense why we would be provided a suggestion from directly inside of bing ads only to be put on hold for an editorial review. If you guys aren’t already clear on whether or not you will allow a certain keywords or anything else being offered inside…

    Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the inconvenience caused. We take this comment seriously as system by design should not suggest editorial non-compliant keywords to users. To help us further investigate the issue, could you pls help provide your account XID, along with the keyword suggestions getting rejected? We will get back to you soon once we have an investigation result and solution

  5. outlook.live.com trash traffic

    Dear Sirs, Last month we got a lot off trash traffic from outlook.live.com on all our accounts.
    And We can't exclude this website because your system shows error message "You can’t add Yahoo! or Microsoft sites (such as www.msn.com) to your excluded websites list."
    What should we do to stop clicks from outlook.live.com?
