How can we improve Microsoft Advertising to create a better experience?

Sign up is too aggrivating.

Being an advertiser, Bing is the worst system that I have used to as an Account Manager. Bing dose not need my information other than my log-in and password creation. There is no need for addresses, phone numbers or anything to the effect.
Also the sign in process is nearly nightmarish. Keep it simple! I am only able to get into Bing in an incognito window even after I cleared ALL of my browser information. Microsoft over thought the wheel with this.
