Service Level called Premium only allows Invoiced Accounts
IF you pay by credit card and suddenly cannot add keywords or ad copies to your account, it means you have reached the threshold.
The only thing to do is to ask your AM to increase your service level to Premium. BUT as soon as you lift that threshold, your account will go dark because Premium account must be Invoiced. The work around is to use a FAKE IO using a fake Dealpoint reference. This is just not supported and possibly not super compliant. We need to separate Payment Plan and KW/AdGroup limits when talking Service Level.
