  1. Add capability to pause analytics goals - useful for clients running multiple goals.

    For clients running multiple campaign analytics goals, it would be useful to be able to pause one or more without having to delete the goal or remove the code from the site.

  2. ACD snapshot and restore

    In adcenter desktop provide an account snapshot button and a way to "Restore" or revert back to a previous version of a campaign.by date.

  3. MAI8 - Persistent settings per research tool

    In v7, the user can set permanent settings per tool, eg "only show exact match type for keyword performance searches". In v8, you have to "customize" before every search and this is quite frustrating. The option to set defaults would be great. When doing a "Keyword Performance" search, I often use specific settings. Having to set these for every search is taking too much time! Thanks :)

  4. Allow Live Virtual Models on the Landing (Home) Page

    Please allow live virtual models like http://www.livefaceonweb.com/ or http://www.spokespersonwebsite.com/ on the landing page. This is 2012 and I understand 10 years ago why they were not allowed but the policy needs to change with the times. Having a live model on the homepage has made my bounce rate go down and I get 10% more conversions now on my website because of it. I was told they were not allowed to move as the page moves but today peoples bandwidths are much higher of course so the experience is great for the user. Many fortune 500 companies use live models…

  5. Desktop tool - Provide multiple destination URL editing criteria when importing from AdWords via the API

    Sometimes several different changes either additive ("and") or exclusive ("or") need to be made to URLs being imported from Google into AdCenter. Allow for multiple criteria to be specified.

  7. Desktop tool - Shrink the vertical dimension of the top icon 'bar'

    These icons do not need to be so big. Why take up so much precious real estate?

  8. Desktop tool Negative/Excluded Keywords multiple entry feature needs to support Match types

    This new Excluded keyowrds tab is nice, but it is either malfunctioning or doesn't support the entry of Match Types with a separate column. Add this separate column just like AdWords' AWE. So that it's easy to add Phrase and Exact Match Type negatives.

  9. Desktop tool synchronization with server is malfunctioning or extremely confusing.

    When synchronizing with the server, the Desktop tool regularly prduces unexpected results. When working in both the UI and Desktop tool (because neither one works well enough to rely upon solely), I recently attempted to delete 400+ negative keywords and upload 700+ replacement negative keywords via the desktop tool, but had difficulty getting the match types to load properly. Thus I went to the UI and used the campaign settings page to do this. After completing this in the UI, I returned to the Desktop tool to sync. After syncing all seemed well.

  11. ad id in ads tab

    Under the ads tab, allow a filter where I can type in the Ad ID # so it's easier to confirm when PMA is complete. For example, there are 180 pages of ads in the UI and no way to filter just one ad ID without having to export to a spreadsheet or use ACD

  12. Options Tab

    Create an options tab to set defaults for Traffic, Monetization, etc tools. I have to go through and manually change them each time. In the last MAI we could set the options once and be done.

  13. Keyword wizard

    Being able to combine the traffic and monetization (CPC/Impressions) into one output. This output is heavily used by our company in the old MAI, but is only available as 3 separate functions.

  14. Allow the newest Desktop Versions to Work on XP

    It looks like the newest versions of the Desktop require Vista / Windows 7 or Windows 8. I am on a mac and use parallels so I can access it, and I have a virtual machine running XP. Please do not make me upgrade my OS just to use this software. I really want a desktop app for the mac... but we have been asking for that for 2 years now. So please either give away Windows 7 or 8 to us users or do not force us to upgrade or better yet, create a mac version.

    Introduce new dynamic like {keyword} but without spaces, because many external tracking tools have problems with spaces for example {keywordnospace}.

  16. APO ADDRESS FOR BILLING/PAYMENTS

    Hi, I would like to suggest to include option for APO address in billing/ payments address section. I am a US citizen stationed abroad and today I could not create account with you guys, because all my bank accounts and PayPal are under APO AP (Armed Forces Pacific) address. That is a very common type of address to those who are stationed by state outside of US ( military, state department, contractors and their family members). I just signed up with Google AdWords, they have APO address options, all biggest shops & retailers, such as Amazon ship to APO. I…

  17. adCenter Desktop - Create Extra Column to Show Normalized Versions of KWs

    Would be great to see all the normalized variations for KWs in an account. Will give users the visibility to identify duplicates in their account.

  18. adCenter Desktop - Move Negative Keywords Wizard

    Currently, in the Manage tab of ACD, the Move Negative Keywords Wizard allows you to promote negatives from the ad group level to the campaign level. Would be great to have the additional option to demote negatives from the campaign level to the ad group level.

  19. Provide a view or report that shows only abnormal behavior (spikes & drops)

    Each Monday morning, I just want to know if any kw perf the previous week went outside of a 'normal' range (up or down) and why (bid, competition, rejection, broken link, budget, etc). A current report will include all the noise of kw perf that is fine and expected. And I want to see what happened that isn't expected or normal - and to have that bubble to the top.
