  1. mainline bids

    Currently when you select "edit" at the keyword level to increase bids, it only gives the option to increase to "Top of Page" or "First Page", but it gives estimates in the grid for best position, mainline and first page. It would be great to have all three options available. It also doesn't distinguish if "Top of Page" is "mainline" or "best position" so t the terminology is different and confusing for customers.

    Same as enhanced CPC with text ads, increasing bids by 30%, resulting in higher conversions, lower CPA and improving ROI on Bing

    Enhanced CPC support is currently rolling out to advertisers using Shopping Campaigns. Please contact your account manager to get your account enabled if it hasn’t been.

  3. Please add a column for AudienceId in the GoalsAndFunnels report

    It would be great to have this column in the report, as this report is the only way to get per-goal conversion information (rather than overall conversion information). If this column contained the same data as the corresponding column in the AudiencePerformanceReport, it would give us the performance data we need for a particular audience to be able to know what kind of bid modifier to set for it on a given ad group.

    We’ll be adding more columns to the GoalsAndFunnels report later this year. Thanks for the feedback and interest in this improvement.

  4. Option to filter out zero-conversion rows from the ConversionPerformanceReport

    Since conversions may happen up to 45 days after a click, we end up downloading a massive amount of records we don't need to.

    Having that option would greatly save us and you bandwidth and potentially processing power serving that information.

    This is a conversion report after all. In the majority of cases the user is only interested in records with a least one conversion.

  5. Re-instate the 'Last 7 days' option in the date range dropdown

    It would be helpful if you could re-instate the 'Last 7 days' option in the date range dropdown. This was available until recently and I found this very useful. I am aware that I can change the date range manually but I found this selection very helpful. The 'Last 14 days' is still in the dropdown so I wondered why the 'Last 7 days' was removed?

  6. Campaign Experiments - Split Testing of Bids, etc.

    Campaign Experiments was introduced in AdWords last year and is incredibly valuable. It allows several forms of split testing traffic, but most importantly, you can bid two different amounts on a keyword and see if statistically significant differences emerge. I believe there is potential for bidding differently in the two platforms, but without experiments, it is difficult to test and so I generally just run experiments in AdWords and apply changes everywhere. The ability to test in AdCenter would be very valuable.

    We’ve begun looking into providing experiments and split-testing in Bing Ads. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming months.

  7. Enable "Ad preview and diagnostics tool" for more Language / Location combinations

    For example the combination of the language "French" and the location "Switzerland" is not yet supportet but would make sense for the French speaking part of switzerland

  9. Automated emails to all account users when an IO is soon to expire! It'd stop days of paused ads

    We always find that IO's either expire or are consumed long before our accounts managers can give us a heads-up.

    Would it really be so hard to ensure that all the registered users within an account shell get the same automated message, so that we can action this with plenty of time to spare?

  10. Negative Keyword Notifications like AdWords

    BingAds should implement a feature similar to Google adwords that notifies you to any negative Keyword conflicts that arise immediately after adding the keywords that have the issues. These notifications are found on the home tab or within the notification area.

  11. Notify users at least 7 days prior to an insertion order expiring

    Please notify advertisers that I/Os are expiring or out of funds BEFORE the account is paused. We received notification that one of our accounts was paused after it was already paused. This is embarrassing to agencies and is completely preventable.

  12. Allow keyword filtering by Destination URL

    On the UI, there is no way we can filter the keywords by the Destination URL. It is causing us lots of issues because we need to filter by the tracking code that can be found only on the Dest. URL.

  13. Don't float the lower menu

    The "new" lower menu has these items on it: "

    It should not float but stay on the bottom of the page where people can scroll to it if need be. It takes up content space, and it also hides items on the account drop-down list when you have enough items to go down that far.

    We’re always tweaking our designs to improve the overall user experience of Bing Ads. This is one of the items on our bucket list. We totally agree that the extra few pixels make a difference when you are browsing through your campaign data.

  14. One should be able to vreate folders in the list of campaigns to the left in the account

    It would be great if the "List of campaigns" to the left in the account could be sorted via folders. Or atleast if for example paused campaigns would have a grey-tone (be faded out) if they were paused!

  15. When selecting a monthly campaign budget, a warning occurs, which is not very helpful

    The warning that occurs is not very helpful:
    Monthly budgets can run out before the end of the month, because they spend your budget as quickly as possible. We recommend that you use a daily budget to make sure that your ads show on every day of the month.

    However, if you click on the ? link, that is helpful. I recommend that in the warning, you suggest to the users that they click this button to learn more about the warning.

  16. Change History Report Doesn't Track Geographic Changes

    If a user changes their geotargeted settings, Bing Ads does not record this very important change in the change history report.

    The main reason I chose to switch our SEO to Bing was to get the value that it brings. I have spent the past 2 days trying to set up a payment for the new AdWords account we created and it still is inactive because of some glitch.

  18. add incremental bidding % info to change history report

    Add data from incremental bidding to the change history report. If someone does not change day targeting, but simply changes the incremental % bid, and then removes it, there is no way of knowing that incremental bidding was applied and then removed. The change history report only shows if days, devices or locations were added or removed, but never shows if an incremental % was added, changed or removed.
