  1. give more hands-on and very simple (dumbed down) ways to imrpove your QS relative to your landing page

    Some people will be working on campaigns for small businesses without the ability to change the websites their in charge of getting business driven toward. They should have the ability to have simple ways to improve the QS so it leads you to make improvements if you can't change the landing page you're required to work with.

  3. STOP THE TEXT MESSAGES WITH A CODE TO LOGIN

    I have to receive text messages every time I want to check the balance. It's very annoying. It should be easier and pleasant to check and manage the bing account.

  4. create a pdf reference guide on how ot use your product, rather than scores of web page help links and/or videos

    is as per above - really quite simple, nothing more, nothing less - really needed as this site changes every time i come back to it

  5. "MAKE BULK CHANGES" option under Keywords tab does not offer to change bids at keyword level

    1. Go to Keywords tab
    2. Select All Keywords
    3. Click on "MAKE BULK CHANGES" and choose "Edit Keyword Bids" option.
    4. Now observe what is in yellow highlighted area above. Change Bids for value is "Ad Group". Why ? Since i was in Keywords tab and wanted to change bids of keyword so "Change Bids For" drop down should have shown me "Keyword".

  6. Sort by Average Position is not correct

    on keywords grid, there is no way to bring up keywords with best average position.
    When sorting by Average position, it shows first either keywords with worst position (big number), or keywords which never showed (0 position).
    The way I worked around it is to filter out AvgPos=0 and then use sort to find best positions.

  8. Simplify Campaign setup process

    There are too many unnecessary fields in BingAds, need to simplify - Timezone, Budget daily vs monthly (Google only has Budget per day), you need to set bids again after setting bids on a per keyword basis?

  9. Select both Search and Display for my campaigns

    We need to enable that in BingAds. Also looking at Display performance in Google, I got many impressions and many clicks from it.

  10. call Adextensions should be supported by Bing Ads for local businesses

    All local businesses would want to post their phone numbers and calling them should be made easy by call adextension... its avaialable on google adwords...when will it happen in bing?

  11. Doing ads like just subscribe to a service

    We have too many tools and too many ways to tweak to make it efficient. As we provide more and more features, it can only get more complicated.

    IMHO, for small business that spend less than 500 dollars a month, there is very few reason for them to learn how to find the best keyword or adjust pricing. All they want is just clicks. Buying ads should be as simple as buying newspapers. Just ask for the minimum info and start running the campaign. Given that all the auto biding, and keyword suggestion we have, this should be no issue.…

  12. Campaign filter bug?

    In the campaign management page, it shows four graph with blue bar: avg cpc, ctr, click and avg position. When I click the blue bar in ctr and click, it will filter the key word that match, however, when I click the blue bar for the other two, it doesn't seems to work. See attachement.

    Is this a bug?

    From your screenshot it looks like you clicked within the CPC graph twice. I don’t see anything related to CTR in the filter. Can you try again and give me the repro steps? Or, since you’re in the same building, feel free to stop by.

  13. Device targeting on Campaign level?

    I want to target IOS for my ads. When Iook for help, I see this "If you use targeting, you should set your basic targets at the campaign level and then refine your targets at the ad group level."
    However, I can't find any compaign level targeting for Device. Am I doing something wrong? Or just the description is wrong?

  14. Use plain English in Ad Extensions UI

    I was helping my advertiser create call extensions. The help message and the UI was unclear - I am still not sure if I can enable call extensions without having to provide a physical address. (My advertiser runs an online business and hence there's no physical store front.)

    The filter text under "ad extensions" tab (see attached screenshot) is also confusing, at least for first-time users.
    "FILTER Status contains Active"?
    Do we mean "show ads that are active"? If so, why don't we use plain English? :)

  15. Pop out Warning Message when setting bid price over $10

    I got 2 time setting wrong bid price , i want set 0.27 but accidently put $27 for my bid causing me lost $110 some keyword cost $8 per click.

  16. Target Social Media Followers

    Microsoft has 1Million followers on LinkedIn - similarly, there will be so many on Twitter and facebook. Why can not we target them for the ads based on target category of the ad ?

  17. Include a Target group

    I want to target the Sales and Marketing Executives - but there is no way - I can traget any receipient. Please provide this facility.

    I do not want my money to be wasted by displaying an ad to a carpenter when the ad is for a salesman.
