  1. Fix the formatting of the catalog reports

    Currently when downloading the reports for rejections in the Bing Merchant Center the formatting will be messed up by any commas in the feed. So anywhere that a feed has a comma will break the formatting for that line.
    The reports that are affected are the ones which can be downloaded off the "Edit a catalog" tab within the Catalog in BMC. The All offers and errors, rejected offers only, and rejected offers and errors reports.
    It appears that this is caused by any commas in the feed. Since most feeds include a comma in the Title, Brand, or description…

  3. plot impression and clicks in geo map

    I am thinking about if BING ADS can have one more option in its geo report, that the impression and clicks can be shown in the map, instead of just columns in the data sheet.

    I would understand data shown in the geo map will be easier for us to visualize how the market goes.

  4. Request for Active Ad Groups with Missing Keywords or Ads

    Request to have a reporting feature that allows clients to easily see if they have any active ad groups that contain 0 keywords or 0 ads. This is a request we get from clients regularly.

  5. Negative KW Conflict Report - Need a campaign and ad group status column

    We need to be able to bring in Campaign and Ad Group status as columns in the negative KW conflict report. Currently the report brings in inactive campaigns/ad groups which aren't relevant to the client, so we need to be able to filter for actives only.

  6. Duplicate ads within ad groups

    There needs to be a simple report that can pull active ad groups with duplicate ads that are active.

    Google has this, and my customers are constantly asking for this audit and there is no good way to pull it across 100+ accounts.

  7. Custom Reports - Save as new report option

    Rather than create a new custom report and add in all the columns I want, I will use an existing custom report as the shell. However, when I save the report, it overrides the original custom report. Having an option to "save as new report" would allow me to save the new custom report for my client without overriding the original report.

  9. bounce rate, pages per visit and duration per visit are the important features we need on reporting

    as the title shows, and We have contacted your customer service on this issue, he has kindly mentioned it to the engineers on my behalf.

  10. Contradiction in Word count and character limits sub-section of Bing Ads Policies section:

    There is a contradiction in Bing Ads Training material regarding Bing Ads Policies in its sub section "Word count and character limits" on this page

    it says that ◦Ad text limit: 71 characters, including spaces and ◦Destination URL: 1,024 characters whereas on other page of same section it says 70 and 1022 respectively look from style policies section of this page:

    though I got the response from live chat support that former figures are correct, sharing it here for other BAAPs help.

  11. Don't lump multiple matcy types together in search query reports.

    The current search query reports run from the Reports section of Bing Ads lumps multiple keyword match types together, skewing the data if you put it into a pivot table. You can add match type as a parameter in your pivot, but this is an extra step. Why not just show keywords with quotes or brackets instead? This is an easy visual and prevents the issue of wrongly combining match type data in a report.

  12. Need True Entire Time Statistics Available, Especially for Bing Ad Editor, Not Just 366 Days or 2 Years, Follow Google AdWords

    How is it possible that Bing still does not allow reporting of more than 2 years? We want to look at data going back as far as it goes. Google has always offered this. There are NO time restrictions in viewing statistics on either the online interface or AdWords Editor. What is even worse, while you can view up to 2 years on the online interface with Bing, you can only view 366 days with Bing Ads Editor! How is this even possible? Normally Bing just copies Google with everything, and for the most part, that is good as AdWords…

  13. "Entire Time" range goes back too far

    When selecting the "Entire Time" range in an account, it usually goes back around 2 years. What would be better is if it went back to the beginning of the account.

    For example, I have an account that was started within the last several months. When I select "All Time", the range goes all the way back to the same day 2 years ago. This makes the graphs skewed and hard to read because there's well over a year showing with no stats.

    This seems to happen with any account.

  16. Radius targeting should be updated

    By slightly changing the latitude and longitude of a location in radius targeting you are able to add different radii and have different bid adjustments but this is not supported for reporting on Bing so can't be sure how well the ads are performing by different radii. It would be better if you didn't have to do this workaround and we had performance reports

  17. Add Search Term To Geo Report

    Would be great to have the search term by geography so can determine where to apply bid boosts etc.

  18. Add X Account ID to reports / in the top left corner of the page

    Display X ID on the pages somewhere - I have several different accounts - having this information visible would be very helpful

  19. Timezone in reporting

    When running a report, if I chose dates first and then timezone, the dates I've chosen disappear and I need to re-enter that, a bit frustrating.

  20. Improve Overall Reporting

    I want to create emailed reports directly from the interface. I have no desire to go to the reporting menu and have to select what type of report I want. I also really hate that I have all my campaigns on daily budgets and the reporting option only has a monthly budget. When I Increase a daily budget in the UI for some reason the report says the monthly budget decreases.
