  1. Magento Plugin and other eCommerce Sites

    I think Bing should look into creating plugins for the major ecommerce platforms so that people can integrate your tracking without having to edit their files on the server. So many platforms have Google Analytics by default but you have to jump through hoops to setup Bing tracking. I currently use Magento and there is no simple way to add your tracking because the one plugin I could find isn't updated anymore. I know you can add the tracking code to certain files but when it doesn't work, one is still at a lost as to why it isn't working.

  2. Editorial Team Partial Not Fair

    Bing Editorial Team disallowed my ad campaign for the same keywords, services. But allowing others to advertise for the same thing. May I know why? Did they pay you more?

  3. Create Effective Ads tool online - or for Mac Users

    Apparently the tool is only available on Windows 7 and up.

  4. ad extension details

    This report takes forever. Please redo methodology or crank up the speed of the calculations. It's slow both in UI and API.

  5. Restore previous report printing system

    In current system, report heads are overprinted. Never happened before. I took this up with customer support. They ended up blaming it on my printer. Not so. Have never had this kind of problem until BING downgraded its interface.

  6. Bring back the % increase/decrease in the performance trend graph.

    When comparing performance of one period over another there used to be a percentage displayed. This allowed one to quickly compare ranges of dates at a glance.

  7. Report button specifies that reports can be pulled by ad group but they cannot

    Despite the setting that says you can pull reports by ad groups you cannot. Has this changed? The setting specifies ad groups so we should be able to pull only the ad group we want, not have to pull all and then filter them.

  8. Add Keywords Column in Geographic Report to Identify Which Keywords are Getting More Clicks in a Particular Country or City?

    This is a very Basic Feature that should be available in Geographic Report to understand a geography searches better.

  12. change history comparison tool

    Keyword/Ad change history comparison tool will automaticly pull in the data from when you made the change to the current date and compare it to the similiar previous time period. This would be a very dynamic tool and will let see the performance from before to after the change. So, say you changed a bid on 4/1 it will show you the performance data from after that date and compare it to same amount of time before the change. if you changed a different keyword on 4/2 it will do the same.     Should be encouraged CPA tracking supported like facebook with SDK or Adwords with linked to Google Play.
    And many keywords should be changed cost at the same time.

  14. Clicking Ad Groups In Left-Side Column Does Not Show Ad Group Specific Keywords/Ads On Right

    When in the Bing Ads web-interface within the main "Campaigns" tab... there is a right-side column (gray background) that lists all available campaigns in the account, and each campaign can expand open to show the ad groups within.

    If you click on one of the ad groups listed in the left-side bar column, and then try to view it's Keywords or Ads on the right (the data tables), the data that populates in the tables is NOT specific to the ad group you clicked on, but rather is an aggregate of all campaigns!

    This never used to work like this…

    Would be nice to get a quick view of this in the main interface rather than having to go to the reporting tab and download a performance report by device.

  17. Move Time Zone in Reporting

    I suggest you move the Time Zone drop down above the Show (unit of time) and Date Range fields. If you change the Time Zone, it refreshes the entire report and you have to re-select you unit of time and date ranges.

  18. Have a "View All Time" option for downloading statistics

    We should easily be able to choose "All Time" as a date range when running reports, or viewing statistics in Editor.

  19. What are Display Ads, why is all my money gone in display Ads in Google Adwords?

    I started with 200$ budget,

    I spent only 50$ in Search Ads...and , more than 200$ in Display Ads.. How to limit myself from spending on display Ads?

  20. How do we measure impact of Sitelinks on Bing Ads?

    Which report allows you to evaluate the % of ads which used Sitelinks (at KW, Ads, campaign or Acct level) and let you judge the KPIs?
    We think it increases CTR by 30% but there is no quick way to verify this!

    Hi Amandine, we agree that those statistics would be very useful, and we’re working on a report called the “Ad Extensions Impact Report” which will let you see how your ads are performing when they are displayed with Ad Extensions as opposed to without.

    Meanwhile, if you want to calculate this on your own, you can get close by running the “Ad Extensions by Ad” report and the “Ad Performance Report”. The “Ad Performance Report” includes the clicks and impressions from the Ad Extensions as well, so you can achieve the comparison you are looking for by subtracting the Ad Extensions by Ad data. This is a hassle, which is why we are working hard to release the “Ad Extensions Impact Report” as soon as possible!

    Regarding your other question, about % of Ads using Sitelinks, you should be able to calculate this by running the “Ad Extensions by Ad”…
