The wait is over! Negative keywords now work in union rather than hierarchy. This means that negative keywords loaded at the campaign and ad group level will be combined to filter ad traffic.

Add conversion data to all reports.
Conversion data needs to be on every report available in adCenter for obvious reason. Start with the Search Query Report.

New, Absurd broad match rules
Remove the new search results that will show for ANY word in the phrase.
So, if I have "tax relief" as my broad phrase, you are now charging for "tax" or "relief", which is absurd. Good luck managing the phone calls you get on this change.5 votescompleted ·

Hi pedstores, using broad match on the term “well pump” allows your ad to show for traffic on both “well” and “pump” by design. If you add “well” as an exact match negative, it will prevent your ad from serving when someone types in only the word “well”. Not lock ability to add payment method through adCenter after a charge has declined
Our credit card was lost and had to be canceled. When I tried to add a new credit card number through adCenter the "add card" button was not visible on the Payment Methods tab. After engaging in a live chat, I was told that our account had been locked due to the declined charge and I would have to contact our account representative to update our payment method. Credit Cards have to be canceled or expire often, and users should be able to add new credit cards and change payment methods freely. 1 declined charge should not lock an account.

Why was funds deducted from my masterCard after I indicated my intention to stop my campaign?
I discovered to my amazement that microsoft adcenter still deducted $50.00 from my account after I stoped my campaign.

Bill Gates has too much $. We are moving to Google Adwords because Microsoft won't let us pay our bill.
How do you know Bill Gates has too much money? He won't let you pay him any more that is how. We have two accounts. One from MSN.com and the other from Yahoo.com. When MS took over Overture/Yahoo we canceled our MSN account. Our Company Card was registered with MSN. So I have used a private card for Yahoo. Now my accounting dept. is making me change it to our Corp Credit Card - but guess what? I cannot. MS Ad Ctr won't let me. It seems we have a $6.00 balance with MSN. So I want to pay it… more

An adCenter update was just released that allows you to target your ad campaigns to specific smartphones and other devices, such as tablets.
o Mobile OS supported options include Windows Phone, iPhone, Android, and Blackberry.
o Tablet OS supported options include iOS, Android, and RIM.

Remember ad group column sort settings in web UI
If I set the column to sort by in an ad group to Avg CPC and then go out of the ad group and then back in it has forgotten the column and sort order and I need to reset it. It should remember and once set apply it to all ad groups until changed again.

OK, you asked for it, you’ve got it! adCenter now remembers the column selection and sort settings.

When you click on a column heading, it should sort highest to lowest, not lowest to highest.
When I click, it always sorts the column by the lowest values, which means zero clicks, impressions, etc. I'm much more interested in seeing my top performers first.

Allow advertisers to set separate bids for traffic on Bing and Yahoo. These networks often perform differently and advertisers should be able to control their bids.

We understand that you would like to bid on Bing and Yahoo! sites individually; however, we’ve made the decision to not allow bids on just Bing or just Yahoo! Search at this time. One of our goals is to provide advertisers with the benefit of a combined marketplace through a single platform, creating a competitive alternative in search. Allowing separate bids counteracts that goal. However, there are options you can investigate including the Enhanced Search Network Distribution feature and URL exclusion controls that create separate ad groups for ads that show exclusively on Yahoo! + Bing sites versus our syndicated search partner sites. Trending Now Notice
I recently received a 4000% increase in traffic for one day due to the Trending Now module. Ran my cost up over 8000.00 in one day, on one group. It would have been nice to receive a 24hr notice to properly bid for this influx in traffic or pause all together.

Adgroup Navigation in Web Interface
Currently, if I view an adgroup and then want to view the next or previous adgroup, adCenter requires me to go back to the Campaign view then choose the next/previous adgroup. Make it so we can navigate adgroups within the adgroup view.

Sorry - this is kind of obvious, but there are a LOT of interface pieces that AdWords exposes that make their site much more manager friendly. Just make a laundry list and catch up!
